It was quite the sight to see the flame hero flaming mad. I'm pretty sure there was actual steam coming off his head when he finally saw me.

"Where the hell have you been? I've had my people looking for you all over the building."

"You don't employ someone who has a quirk that can locate people or something? Seems like something a hero would need..."

"Stop it. Get your ass in there," he said, pointing to the conference room.

"Aren't you coming with me?"

"No, they just want you."

I left my coat and purse at the receptionist and then walked into the conference room, expecting a bunch of stuffy old men. Instead, there it was again. The speaker on the table. A similar speaker to the one I had seen weeks ago at our first meeting. Endeavor had told me to dress the part; so did that mean that he didn't know that they weren't here in person? What else didn't he know?

"Have a seat," the raspy voice said through the speaker. I sat in the chair closest to me.

"We apologize for not being there in person. But this delicate work requires a high level of caution. We're going to go through your notes now, and we want you to correct anything or add ideas you might have left out."

With that, the voice summarized all of my notes, week by week. Talk about torture. My words sounded like childish ramblings when read aloud. I was ready to melt into a puddle of embarrassment by the time they reached present day.

The voice was not thrilled either. "There's nothing in your logs so far that would indicate who the leak is. What other information do you have?"

"I put everything in there."

"It's not enough."

"What else do you want?" I asked, frustrated. "I can't become immediate best friends with everyone and get them to tell me their darkest secrets in a matter of weeks."

"Then maybe we need to find someone else for this job."

"No – I'm just saying that I need more time to become more embedded in the school."

"What have you learned about Endeavor?"

That was out of left field. Aren't they working together?

"Uh.. " I doubt they wanted to hear about his favorite sex positions. "I know his relationship with his son is strained."

Silence.

"Which son?"

"Shoto."

"Why is it 'strained,' as you say?"

"I don't know."

"Find out. And the students at UA – who seems like a likely candidate to be leaking information to the League?"

"None of them that I can tell. They all seem to like each other to some extent."

"We have nothing further. You are not to share what we discussed at this meeting with anyone. Do you understand?"

"Yes but I have a question."

A long pause. I took that as approval to push forward.

"Am I limited to just UA? Or can I talk with people outside of UA?"

"We are not limiting you in how you get your information."

Fascinating. Game on.
