"She can do what?" Shinso said, mouth open, surprised.

"I believe only myself and Aizawa know about this ability," Todoroki explained, "which explains why they let y/n permanently stay in our class."

"I just assumed it was because of the creepy way Aizawa looks at her in class," Kaminari added.

The other boys turned sharply to look at him.

"What?" Kaminari asked. "I call it like I see it. Game recognizes game."

"Icyhot is right," Bakugo said. "Y/n never told me that she had a healing quirk but I guessed that she did."

Shinso rolled his eyes. "Sure you did..."

"That's right, asshole, I did," Bakugo shot back. "In fact, I guessed it when y/n was naked underneath me if you really want to know."

"Probably because you forced her to be."

"Ha! At least I didn't have to brainwash her to get with me."

"Whoa, okay, guys, stop," Kirishima again stood between them.

"Anyway... to sum up," Deku said, reading off his notebook. "Y/n was likely taken by the League of Villains, since we recognized the blue flames on the tent as one of their calling cards. We also know that she did actually have a quirk and could heal herself. That's good news in case anything happened. So what now?"

"We go get her back!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"Idiot, we need to more information before we can do that. I'm going to her apartment, follow me if you want, losers." Bakugo stomped out the door.

Soon they stood in front of her door.

"Stand back." Bakugo said, launching a ball of fire at the door knob, melting it instantly but the force of the blast also knocked the door wide open.

"Are you sure we should be doing this?" Todoroki asked.

Bakugo pushed past him, storming into the apartment. "If it means getting her back faster, then we do what we have to do.."

They split up, each walking around different parts of the apartment.

"Isn't it weird that there are no pictures anywhere?" Deku asked. "Don't girls usually have pictures of friends or family everywhere?"

The other boys stared at each other blankly.

"Do any of you know where she grew up? Does she have siblings? Or even what school she went to before UA?" Deku continued to ask.

No one said a word.

"Wow, guys, and here I thought that women at least wanted you to get to know them as a person first."

"Shut up," Shinso and Bakugo said at the same time, then looking at each other and realizing they had said the same thing.

Shinso found her backpack and opened it up, flipping through the notebooks and folders. Meanwhile, Todoroki looked through a pile of papers in the kitchen. The gala invitation was still there, along with some school assignments. Nothing unusual. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Bakugo stopped at the door to her bedroom, noticing that her computer was plugged in on the nightstand. Bakugo picked it up and carried it into the other room.

"Hey, nerds – any of you know how to get into her computer?"

"I can try," Kaminari said, taking it from him.

Bakugo went back to her room, Todoroki following him. Bakugo looked over his shoulder at Todoroki and scoffed.

"What is your problem with me today?" Todoroki asked him once they were in her room.

"My problem?," Bakugo said, facing him. "You knew that she was in danger, and you didn't do shit."

"I had no way of knowing that the League of Villains was involved in what happened that night. She wouldn't talk about it."

"And you were too busy trying to screw her that you didn't even ask."

"Please stop projecting your own personality onto me," Todoroki said calmly, walking past Bakugo into her closet.

Todoroki briefly glanced at the clothes, seeing the long dress from the gala hanging up. The purse she had with her that night was hanging on a nail nearby. He opened it up, not expecting much, and inside was simply some lip gloss, loose change, and a credit card.

Something about the credit card made him look twice, taking it out of the purse to see it closer.

"What..." he began to say, confused at what he saw.

"Did you find something?" Bakugo called from the bedroom.

"I... I don't understand..."

Bakugo suddenly grabbed the credit card from his hands. "What's the big deal about a credit card?" but then once he saw the name, he looked up at Todoroki. "What the fuck?"

Shinso and Deku had heard them talking and came into the room. "What's going on? What did you find?"

Todoroki spoke first. "I looked in the purse she had the night of the gala, and there was this credit card. It's... it's my father's."

"I don't understand," said Shinso, taking the card to see for himself. "Do they even know each other? That's definitely her purse though, I remember it from the car she had drive us home that night."

Todoroki turned to Shinso.

"What did the driver look like?"

"I don't know."

"Shinso, please, what did the driver look like? Try and remember."

"Um... older guy, I guess, grayish hair. Kind of curly. I wasn't really paying attention."

"Did he have glasses?"

"I think so."

"Black four door car?"

"Yeah, I think it was a Mercedes."

"That's our family driver. My dad's driver."

"We did see her that day at your dad's office," Bakugo reminded them.

"I hate to ask this," Deku started to say awkwardly, "but, Todoroki, could she be your dad's secret love child or something?"

No one said anything. Shoto gave Deku a look.

"Okay, or another idea," Deku tried again. "What if her disappearance is connected to the attacks on your father? If the League was responsible for the attacks, it could be that they took her to hurt your dad, especially if she is somehow related to you?"

Todoroki felt a little sick to his stomach. Related? Could that be possible?

"That gets us closer to a why, but it still doesn't help us figure out where she is," Shinso said.

"You're right," Deku agreed. "But if the end game is to get to Endeavor, then the League is probably counting on him finding them, which means they won't be truly hidden. That or they'll make an appearance. There will be some kind of show, one way or the other. We just have to wait and see."
