🔰CHAPTER FORTY-THREE - MAY YOU REST IN PEACE🔰

Alyana's Point of View

To day is the last day of our friends' funeral. We've been crying for almost a week. Yes, one week na nakaburol sila Aira, Jullian and Ruzzel since ang family ni Ruzzel ay nasa New Zealand. They may not vocally tell to us that they blame us but we can feel it. Aside from their cry they never bother to talk to us- Ruzzel's friend. 

Aira's younger sister, Aime and her mother was with us although they are mourning for Aira's death but they didn't blame us. Same for Jullian's family which is Jullian's brother Jerico asked us who is the girl named Jullia in our group and he will introduce that girl to Jullian's parents as his girlfriend. 

Kitang kita ko ang pagtulo ng luha ni Jullia sinabi ni Jerico at doon ay nalaman na nya kaagad kung sino si Jullia sa ami. 

Nakatingin ako sa tatlong kabaong na nasa harapan at ang tatlong magkakahiwalay na upuan. Sa upuan ni Ruzzel nakaupo ang mommy nito na ang pangalan Sherly. She doesn't like us to call her ate or tita and we know na kami ang sinisisi nya. Sa upuan naman sa harapan ni Aira nakaupo ang mama nito na nakatulala lang at si Aime naman ay nakatayo sa gilid ni tita Aiza habang nakatingin sa mukha ni Aira. While Jullian had his mother sitting on the chair in front of him. 

Napahawak ako sa dibdib ko at umalis ng dahan dahan sa chapel. Nagpunta ako sa likod ng chapel at doon umupo saka umiyak ng tahimik. Jasmine and Jullia's words are keep repeating on my mind when we came back at school. All of students are crying when they saw the cold body of Aira, Jullian and Ruzzel. 

"Jullian, I love you so much. Please wake up. Didn't you say that you won't leave me? Why did you left me without me saying how much I love you?"  Jullia's pain seems like a needle on our chest and the way she cried out loud makes me cry harder. 

Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko kung mangyayari din ito sa akin. Ayoko man isipin na hindi ito mangyayari pero may possibility. Henry and I are part of this team and this team is connected with trouble and death. 

Dito ko na rin napag-alaman na may namamagitan na pala kay Min at kay Ruzzel. Hindi namin ito nahalata since Min always nagging how cheesy our relationship and how she wished to have the same as us. Little did we know that she's on the same stage as Jullian and Jullia. 

"You dummy, you make me single forever." Min said and she cried harder that we know.

Niyakap ko ang tuhod ko at isinubsob ko ang mukha ko dito. Will this pain will end? Gusto ko na matapos to. I want to quit but I don't want to let the whole world in chaos. Akesia's sacrifices will be in vain same as our friends who died. 

Tumingin ako sa langit ang parang nakita ko naman ang mga mukha nila. 

"Ange, Victor, Aira, Jullian and Ruzzel. We're sorry for not being able to protect you all. Akesia is in coma right now and I know that she's blaming herself once again. Will you guys forgive us?" And a tear run down to my cheeks. "I wish this is just a dream." 

Napahagulgol na lang ako ng iyak habang yakap yakap ang tuhod ko ng maramdaman ko naman na may yumakap sa akin. Based on his perfume, I know na si Henry ito. 

"Will they blame us?" I asked between my sob. Humigpit pa ang yakap nya sakin at saka ako mas lalong umiyak, "They will, right? After all, they still have a lot of things that they wanted to do." I added.
