OVERVIEW:

Irina Luthor was the only daughter of renowned inventor and genius Lex Luthor, however, she lived with her Aunt Lena for as long as she had known in Metropolis city. Lex hadn't contacted the two in years until all of a sudden he began showing interest in bringing his daughter into the family business. Thus, Irina came to Gotham city and joined LexCorp though her relationship with her father remained strained.

However, Lena had made sure to train Irina in physical combat and self-defense before sending her to the city of crime but Irina ended up using her skills to help other people and decided to become a vigilante. She hadn't known about the Bat vigilantes initially but after a few run-ins with them on patrol, she decided to leave the bigger missions to them and not poke her nose in any such cases but resumed helping out the common citizens.

On one such night, she met Tim Drake who was almost mugged if it hadn't been for her. Unaware that he was Red Robin, the Bat vigilante she despised most of all as he somehow kept track of what she did much to her irritation, she formed a friendship with Tim who she commonly referred to as her damsel in distress as he was nearly always stuck in some sort of trouble.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Since this was a Novella and entered in the Open Novella Contest 2020, the chapters are relatively short as compared to my other fanfics. But I have decided to revamp it when I get time so as soon as I get free from my classes, I will be editing it out and adding more to the chapters.

I fell in love with Irina and Tim's relationship so much that I continued their story in a lighter mode in the combined version Drunk Texting | T. Drake. Also it was my first attempt at writing a mature Tim Drake, though earlier I had only written of him in his early Robin years. I enjoyed formulating his personality a lot and the contrasts between him and Irina and how they still worked out so perfectly with each other motivated me to keep on writing.

If you love reading cute romance stories that also have some action and drama created due to both the main characters being vigilantes but hiding their real identities from one another, then you will enjoy reading this.
