OVERVIEW:
Named after the famous headstrong main character of the Shakespearean play, The Taming Of The Shrew, Katherina Sevine lived up to her expected reputation. Opinionated, entitled, and very hard to please, the young socialite had all those aspects nailed to the dot.
Jason Todd, on the other hand, was an avid reader and admirer of Shakespearean plays. He met the elusive Sevine heiress while investigating a series of high-profile art thefts occurring in Gotham. His only lead was the connection to Shakespearean plays depicted in each stolen painting and a mysterious note from the Bard, the art thief who seemed to have greater motives than just stealing those paintings.
Searching for the Bard led him to the Sevines, a family known for their love of classic literature and art. While Jason suspected their involvement in the thefts, his attempts to uncover the truth were met with unexpected challenges.
Either the Sevines were cunning enough to easily thwart him, or he was following the wrong trail. Nevertheless, his instincts had never failed him before, and he felt he was being lured into a trap that he could never escape.
An inexplicable intuition kept warning him about the shrewd Katherina, who had become an enigma he couldn't ignore.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
So I had another idea for a Jason Todd fanfic and since you guys love reading them, I decided to post it here. It is still very much in progress but I am excited to start writing it because of many reasons.
Firstly, it's more than just a love story and crosses over with the mystery/thriller genre too. Second, I love writing strong female characters and Katherina was an opportunity that I just couldn't pass up. Also, I feel like Jason would be drawn most to someone with a magnetic aura, and even though I have written him with OCs who are very opposite to his nature, this time I thought of spicing things up a little.
Last but definitely not least, I have a surprise for you guys at the end of this story which I am not going to spoil here. So see you there when I start posting it, hopefully as soon as I finish my ongoing stories.
