Side Story: Day out with Bakugo

An: This takes place before the UA entrance exams.

Your POV

It is now Saturday. The day Bakubitch told me we were seeing a movie then left me on read when I asked if it was a date. I woke up to a text from Baku saying to meet him at 12:30 at the movies. I looked at the time to see it was 11:30. I should probably get ready then. I take a quick shower and put on some clothes. I decided on this:

Once I was dressed, I brushed my teeth and my hair. I gave Bubbles food and water. I looked at the time again and it was 12:12. I'm probably gonna be late, but whatever. I grabbed my phone, wallet, and keys and went out the door making sure to lock it behind me. I still have All Might's credit card so I'm good in the money department.

I walk to the movie theater while texting All Might and Izu where I would be and who I was with. All Might told me to be back home at 7 or I would be grounded. I don't know how that will work since he's not technically my dad but I'll get home before 7 anyway so I'll be good. I make it to the theater at 12:40 and see an angry Bakugou.

"What took you so long?" he angrily asked.

"I didn't see your message until like an hour ago and I had to get ready"

"Tch. Whatever let's go"

We walk into the movie theater and go to buy our tickets. He bought tickets to a supposedly scary movie. When I tried to pay for mine, he got mad and told me he was paying. Aight then. I still don't know if this is a date. We choose seats in the middle of the room.

The movie was not scary at all. The scariest part was when I scared the shit out of everyone in the theater by laughing at one of the jump scares in the movie. Katsuki won't admit it but even he got scared when I laughed. After that, I tried not to laugh at him but I ultimately failed. I was quiet about it though so no one got mad except him.

When the movie was finished, we went to McDonalds and got some chickie nuggies with fries. He of course paid for mine as well. I looked at the time and it was 5:14. I got time before I have to go home. I got up my nerve and asked him a question that was on my mind.

"So is this like a date or somethin?"

He looked at me before replying, "Duh."

"Oh ok. Thanks for clarifying Bakugou."

"You know you can call me Katsuki."

"Actually can I call you Kacchan instead?"

"Sure. Why not."

"Ok Kacchan"

"I'm gonna call you N/n"

I looked at the time to see that it was now 5:20. I told Kacchan that I needed to be home at 7 and he told me he would walk me home. I agreed and off we went. While walking, someone bumped into me. I would've fallen down but Kacchan grabbed me before I could. The person who bumped into me was none other than Tsuyu Asui.

Before she could apologize, Kacchan yelled, "Watch where you're going you extra!"

"Kacchan calm down it was an accident. Sorry about him."

She looked at me, "It's ok. Sorry about bumping into you."

"It's ok."

Your POV

We continued our walk to my house. When we got to my house, Kacchan noticed that I live right across the street from Deku. I said goodbye but before I could go into my house Kachhan grabbed my arm. I looked at him in confusion. He kissed my cheek and said goodbye. I stared in shock as he walked away.

I went inside in a daze and texted All Might that I was home so he knew. It was only 6:03 so I decided to watch something. I looked through Netflix and decided to binge the first season of Stranger Things. While watching, I got a text from Izu asking if I got home yet. I responded with a yes.

When I was done watching the first season, I looked at the time. It was 10:38. I decided to just go to sleep so I would be well rested for tomorrow's training. I fell asleep thinking about whether or not I would get in to UA.
