The girl's hair flew with the wind while she stared at the gravestones infront of her. She certainly looked older, more mature and much more stronger.

With her knees nailed on the ground and her hands in contact with the cement, she whispered her goodbyes.

"I can't believe I lost you both. I'll never forget your sacrifices, ever."

She gripped her thick coat closer to her body as she felt the temperature go lower.

"Haneul, come on. It's getting colder here." A boy held her arms, pulling her to their vehicle.

"San, just two more minutes please. It's been so long since I visited them." Haneul complained.

San had no choice but to agree. Haneul stepped back to the graves, staring at the carved words on the stone.

"Dad, although I never got the chance to say goodbye to you, I hope you're watching over me. I hope you finally found peace. I hope- I hope that you don't regret anything."

"Yunho, I'm so sorry. I wasn't there in time to save you. I could've gone earlier. I'm so sorry. You've gone through so much. I promise to live my life as happy as I can be, with hopes of you guarding us."

Haneul silently shed tears as she said those words that were kept in her chest for so long. She was crying, yes. But she's also smiling, knowing that there's a brighter future ahead of them.

"Haneul," San called once again.

She lifted her knees off the ground and wiped her tears. She grinned at the boy infront of her. "They're finally free, San."

"I know." He wiped the remaining tears on Haneul's face.

"Let's go home."

"Guys! I brought dinner on the way back!" San yelled as soon as he stepped into the big house.

A bunch of footsteps were heard going down. "Thank goodness! I was hungry."

The view of eight people came in, their figures rushing over to the food.

"Hey! Don't touch the drumsticks, you fool! They're mine."

"Is your name written on the chicken?"

"No."

"Then it's not yours, you dumbass."

"Eat the wings, dickhead."

San and Haneul looked at each other before chuckling. Some things never do really change, huh?

"Chaelin, Jongho, stop fighting over the food!" the leader sighed in frustration.

"Yoona! Can you come here for a second? I need help with the apples."

"What the hell are you gonna do with apples, Mingi?"

"Eat them, duh."

"You're a big baby, you know that?"

"Yeah. I'm your baby though."

"Stop flirting with each other!" Wooyoung pretended to throw up.

"Shut up, Woo. Let them be." Yeosang chewed on his chicken.

"Where's Seonghwa?" Haneul looked around.

"He's handling the kids." Hongjoong casually answered as he opened the fridge for a beverage.
