Right after Taehyun left,Beomgyu's dad went upstairs to where his son's room is.He knocked softly(which was unusual) and Beomgyu opened the door immediately.

"Dad?" the younger called out.

"Hey son." he greeted.

"I-is everything alright?...d-did Taehyun l-leave already?" Beomgyu carefully said as he hesitated,he was scared that his dad might get mad.

"Yes,and I have something to tell you."

"W-what is it dad?"

Beomgyu wasn't overthinking,

Really,he wasn't overthinking at all.

"I-" his father sighed, "I'm sorry son."

"Why dad?What happened?" Beomgyu was starting to worry,what happened?Did something happen to Taehyun?

"No,nothing.It's just that...I'm sorry for everything.For treating you like shit,for pressuring you to be always the best,for holding you back against what you love doing,for holding you back for being...yourself.I know I lacked a lot of things being your father,but please forgive me.Please,my son."

"I-It's okay,dad.B-but why are you apologizing?I mean after all these years?"

"Taehyun made me realize things.He said things that brought back my senses to me.That I shouldn't have this preconceptions inside my mind,that I shouldn't assume things,because obviously it only caused pain in your lives.I'm really sorry Beom.And I have to tell you my past,I know it doesn't help with anything,but atleast you'll understand it."

After his dad told him the story,Beomgyu was in shock.He didn't know that that kind of thing happened to him.

"I'm sorry dad,I didn't know that kind of thing happened to you.If I had only know,I would've—"

"No,no Beomgyu.It's clearly all my fault.I shouldn't generalized that all gay people are the same,especially for both my sons,you and Yoongi.And now look what happened,I lost Yoongi."

"I think Yoongi-hyung is proud of you right now." Beomgyu said positively.

"How can you say so?" his dad asked in a confused tone.

"You were so brave by telling your past to us and you admitted your wrongdoings,he's more than proud."

"Well,I hope he's happy right now."

"I'm sure he is,dad."

"Oh,Beomgyu."

"Yes dad?"

"Taehyun is a nice guy." his dad said while smiling,earning a confused look from his son.

"You can be with Taehyun now,you two are perfect for each other."

"Are you serious dad?" Beomgyu squealed,causing a light chuckle from his dad.

"Yes,it's the least I can do to make you happy.Don't let him hurt you okay?" his dad said in a joking manner.

"Yes dad!"

"And one last thing Beom."

"Hmm?"

"Take care of mom and the house for me,yeah?"

"Why dad?"

"I'm gonna turn myself in to the police,I've done a lot of bad things to you and Yoongi.I deserve it and my guilt will be eating me up if I don't do this.Plus it would be like giving justice to your brother's death,I know it's not much,but it's only what I can do."
