With that, I walk away from the guys and head towards wherever the bathroom is.

As I walk down the hall, someone bumps into me causing me to take a step back.

"I'm so sorry, oh it's the birthday girl, happy birthday," she apologizes.

"Umm, it's okay and thank you-"

"Davina. Davina Fiore, I'm Ava's friend," she responds.

"Oh I had no idea Ava was here," I say.

"Yeah she's over in the kitchen drowning her sorrows in alcohol." I give her a confused look and then she explains, "because you're with Damian. I mean, I would be doing the same thing too, but it is my first night back in town."

"You know Damian?" I ask totally ignoring the 'drowning in sorrows' part.

"More than you think," she smirks before walking into the crowd.
