I had been feeling rather sick that day, so naturally I didn't go to any classes. Hermione told me she'd take notes for me so I could study on my own time. I heard the quick knocks on my door, then the sound of the door opening. "Draco? I have notes from potions. We didn't really learn anything new in the other classes, and since you're a good student I figured you'd be fine." Hermione said, walking over and handing me two pieces of parchment. "Thanks Hermione." I said, taking the paper. "Wait Draco. Have you eaten yet?" She asked. I held up two apple cores and she smiled.

"Hey wait."

"Mmm?"

"You know we're only making you eat because we love you. Right? I just don't want you to think th-"

"I know."

She smiled and came over to hug me.

"Draco I'm so sorry about what you're going through. I can't even begin to imagine how loosing... her must feel for you."

"It's alright. You can say her name, it's not taboo."

"I'm sorry Draco. Just seeing you this way breaks my heart. Ron, Harry, Luna, and I, we've all grown to care about you."

"Thanks Mione. I care about you guys too."

"I'm glad. Now, is there anything you might need help with?"

"Could you tell me the properties and uses of a hydra tooth?"

"If I could tell you the properties and uses of a hydra tooth. Well hydra teeth can be used to heal external or enteral wounds. Hydra teeth have serious magic, that with a whole set of teeth, can rise someone from the dead. Shit. Draco!"

"What?"

"You aren't thinking about rising her. Are you?"

"And if I was, why shouldn't I?"

"That's NECROMANCY! Everyone knows that bringing someone back to life is really dangerous!"

"Of course! It's the law of give and take in magic! No wonder no one has done it in at least hundreds of years!"

"Draco."

"Hmm?"

"I remember that Y/N kept a hydra head from the first task years ago. You didn't throw any of her stuff away. Did you?"

"I mean, look around! I haven't moved anything."

"Draco, I know what you're planning. You're a smart man. Make the smart choice."

             I nodded my head in response. She hugged me tightly again. "A resurrection must be made on the new moon as a symbol of a rebirth." She said, then pulled away and left the room.

             The new moon. That's weeks from now.

             I walked down to Slughorn's classroom. "Professor, I wanted to do extended research on uncommon potion ingredients. I couldn't find a proper book in the library, so I was wondering if you might fill out a slip for the restriction section?" I asked him. "Mr. Malfoy! I didn't see you in my class today. Are you feeling better?" He asked, grabbing a small white slip of paper and scribbling something on it. "Very much, thank you sir." I answered. "Good. Now here is your restricted section slip, hand it straight to Madam Pince and she should let you in." He said, handing me the slip. "Thank you Sir." I said, walking out, and up to the library.

             I walked into the library and silently handed the slip to Madam Pince. She took it, examined it quickly, stamped it, and placed it in a small pile on her table. "Go through the gate of the restricted section." She said without looking up.

             I walked over to the gate that separated the restricted section from the library. I scanned the titles of the books until I found one that said "most potente potions". I opened it and turned to the table of contents. "Resurrection potion. Page 444." It read. I hurriedly flipped to the page and read it. "Take a set of hydra teeth and grind it into a fine powder. Fill a cauldron with water from where of mermaid dwell and place it over a fire. Stir the powder in clockwise 22 times. Add in a leaf of a young mandrake and drop it in, letting it dissolve. Pour over the dirt of a grave in the darkest part of the night during a new moon. Potion makes two servings. WARNING! POTION MAY ONLY BE USED ON THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DEAD FOR LESS THAN A YEAR!" It read this was perfect! I could help the Weasley's too!

             I quickly shut the book, checked it out of the library, and ran back up to my dorm.
