YOUR POINT OF VIEW

"Y/N Y/L/N?" Said a man in a white doctors coat. "Yes?" I asked, jerking my head up. "Your friend, Mr. Malfoy, passed away shortly after arriving to Saint Mungo's." He said quietly. "No. It- It can't be." I replied, eyes filling up with tears. I let the tears fall down my face. "C-can I see him?" I asked shakily. He nodded his head.

We disapparated to Saint Mungo's, outside of a closed door. Room 617 to be exact. I opened the door and ran to the bed, praying that this was some sort of sick joke. I saw his face, colour drained. His lips turned purple and all the pink from his cheeks. His eyes were still open, and staring up at the ceiling. "No. No. No." I said under my breath. "When did he-" I asked. I couldn't bring myself to say the last, ugly word. "About two minutes ago." A nurse answered. "Can I at least say goodbye?" I asked the nurses. They left the room and left me with him.

I sat next to him on the bed. "H-hey Love." I said. I hugged his cold body. All the warmth was taken out of it, like a dementor drains happiness. "I hate you Draco. You had to leave me. I hate you so much. Because of you, I'm never going to love anyone again. Because of you, I'm going to cry every single day. I HATE YOU!" I yelled between sobs. It was a lie. It was all a lie. I didn't hate him. I loved him. But he hurt me. "How could you leave me alone?" I asked him. A shooting pain went through me heart, leaving a hole where he had filled it. "How could you let me love you? You tried to stop me from loving you, but you couldn't. You just couldn't see me the same way anymore. And now your d-d-dead." I cried.

I shut his eyes. I couldn't bear to see his lifeless, cold eyes. Ones that were once filled with life and desire we now empty. "Goodnight Love." I whispered.

"Y/N! Y/N!" I heard Hermione say. "What? Where am I?" I asked her. "I brought you to the hospital wing. You fainted in the restroom." She replied. "No. No.
Bring me back to Saint Mungo's." I said.  "Y/N. you weren't at Saint Mungo's. You were in the Hogwarts bathroom. You must have been dreaming." She said. I wiped my face and felt tears. "I- Draco died in my dream." I explained. She looked shocked.  "Would you like to go see him?" She asked. I nodded my head yes.

We walked down to the Hogwarts express to take the next train to Saint Mungo's. I sat in silence the whole way there, only staring at the blur of trees from outside the window.

"We're looking for Draco Malfoy." I told the woman at the front desk. "Room 617." She replied. What if my dream was actually a vision? It is the same room number after all. We went up the elevator and onto the 6th floor. We walked along a short hallway until we found room 617. I put my hand on the doorknob, preparing myself. "I-I'll leave you two alone." She said. I nodded and opened the door. I walked over to the bed and saw Draco with two large bandages. One around his torso and one around his thigh. His eyes were closed and he looked quite pale.

I took his hand, which was limp and motionless. Was he... alive? I put my ear close to his nose to hear if he was breathing. "BOO!" I heard him yell. "FUCK! You scared me Draco." I said. "Sorry Princess." He replied. He shuffled over in the bed, sitting up, and making room for me. I sat down next to him and hugged him tightly. I felt my eyes watering again. "I-I thought I was going to loose you." I stuttered. He hugged me back. "Thank you for saving me." He said.  "Mmm. Just returning the favour." I said quietly. I pulled away and lifted up his shirt to see the bandages. There was dark, red blood, bleeding through the white bandages. "Damn Draco. That looks like it hurts." I said. I lightly touched the bandages, making him wince from even the lightest of touch. "Don't worry about me." He said.

We both sat in silence a little, thinking about what to say. "I'm sorry Y/N. I'm sorry for saying what I did." He said. I took a deep breath. "What are we?" I asked.

DRACOS POINT OF VIEW

I chuckled at her question. "We are two..." I paused. I couldn't say that we were a couple. We weren't dating. But I really couldn't say friends either. We both wanted to be more than that. "See? We don't know what we are. Draco, I can't do this. I tried to be just friends with you, but I can't do it anymore. I miss you Draco. I know you miss me too, because there's no way that you don't miss- us. Tell me you don't want me and I'll stay out of your life forever. Tell me you still want me and we can get back together. I don't care if it's dangerous. I'm willing to risk everything to be with you again." She said.

She was right. I did miss her. I miss us. I wanted more than anything to hold her like I used to, and kiss her like I had done a hundred times before. But I also wanted her to be safe. We were practically adults now. Almost 17. Was a safe life really enough? I wanted more, but I would hate myself if anything happened to her because of this. My life without her would be meaningless, but she would be safe.

I sighed and said "You're giving me an ultimatum?"
