Layla looked at his phone and deleted the message.

"How the fuck did she get his number?" She mumbled placing his phone back on the nightstand.

"What you doin?" Pain asked stepping into his room and holding his towel.

"Being nosey." She admitted.

"Oh, fa real what you find?" He asked as he wrapped his arms around her.

"Nothing important." She half lay tugging on his towel.

Pain needed to release some stress after having to deal with his brother and his situation. He smiled at the thought that he knew Layla would come in hand. Whenever she was in town she normally would. 

Layla got on her knees and began caressing his manhood before she took him into her mouth.

Pain's mind had been everywhere thinking about killing them young niggas responsible and deep down he felt bad. He knew they were young but actually seeing how young they were fucked with him. That could have easily been him and Sean 5 years ago but he knew that these streets weren't forgiving so how could he be?

The next day he grabbed his phone and sighed still not seeing a call or message from an unknown number.

He thought maybe he should just give up on Joy. She obviously didn't want anything to do with him. He knew he fucked up but she wouldn't even let him try to make it up to her. He got up and got ready putting on some dress clothes since he had to head to the office for a meeting before going to see his brother.

"You almost ready?" He asked Layla since he planned on dropping her back at her hotel. He didn't usually bring women into his home but after the week he had, he was too tired to do any more running around and just ordered her an Uber there last night.

"Yeah, babe. Are you going to come by later? Or do you want me to come back?" She asked hugging his arm.

"I'll probably come to you later. Let's go." He told her as he opened the door for them to exit and locked it behind them.

The meeting passed by quickly. After he finished up he called Sean to tell him to make sure he took care of the bodies personally and headed to the hospital.

It had been nearly a week now and he had become accustomed to the routine of getting through the garage and going to the elevator before he made his way down the hallway.

There he saw Joy and Laylay hugging. He walked up interrupting them.

"Like I said if you need me I'm here okay?" Joy told her as she hugged her again.
