Is it Miami?

Miami had been enjoyable for the men. They all decided to get a few suites near the beach instead of staying at Pains. The last few nights they had there they mostly stayed in satisfied with what they had waiting for them at home. Sean was already falling for Kesha and didn't have eyes for anyone else. Pain was enamored with Joy and just couldn't wait for their son to come. Meanwhile, Trey had been preoccupied with both Laylay and Karen.

He and Laylay had decided to give it a chance with Karen. Karen did seem more interested in Laylay but Trey wasn't complaining about being in the company of two beautiful women. One he saw as his soulmate while the other was the biological mother of his child. Overall he thought he was lucky and blessed.

Trey and Sean had finally met Pain's connect and the plan for tonight was to do a dinner to celebrate the transition to a new partner.

Pain really wasn't up for going out but figured she deserved to celebrate. Thinking back to his previous celebrations in Miami he knew they were not too favorable. He also figured he didn't have anything to worry about since Layla was out of the picture completely and since she was already pregnant so there was no way he would run into her while they were out.

"Yawl niggas ready?" Trey walked in the room tucking his gun in his pants.

"Almost" Sean said as he buttoned up his shirt and Pain did the same.

Underneath they all had on bulletproof vests as backup since you can never be too safe. Pain and Sean tucked their guns before they all headed out of the hotel.

"Gentlemen!" Esteban greeted them at a popular Cuban restaurant in the city.

"How's it goin?" Pain shook his hand.

"Good good. Have a seat you guy. Relax all the hard part is over. All the numbers are set. All that is left to do is toast and enjoy the night." He ushered them to the table.

They were greeted by a young Hispanic waitress who offered drinks as she collected orders.

The men all laughed and engaged in small talk until their food came. After eating Esteban figured it would be the perfect time to see where the men planned on taking their business. He knew Pain had been very profitable and he had hoped his brother would be the same maybe even more so.

"So lemme ask what do you plan on doin with your brother retiring?" Esteban asked.

"Hopefully to follow in his shoes. Although he is my little bro I'm proud of all that he has done while I as gone. I want to usher in a new era but Eventually, I am going to do the same with our family expanding." Trey answered honestly.

The light on Esteban's face changed it was no longer as hopeful as it was in the moments leading up.

He turned to Sean.

"So what it will be transitioning from Trey to you?" He looked to him for an answer.

"Aww, na the streets not fa eva for me. I'm just here to be the right hand until they no longer need me." Sean told him truthfully.

He hadn't wanted for anything for the last few years. Sean like Pain had invested his money and instead of investing in himself, he invested in the only thing he knew that would make money, Money. After finishing school Sean had a brief period where he became infatuated with the stock market. Once he learned all he could he became self proficient in business profiles and stock exchanges allowing him to make legal money and street money of the same value.
