nightmare

(after winter break)
i sat in the corner,holding my brother every so close. his head softly laying on my shoulder as i watched his chest rise and fall, evenly. asleep.
i let out the breath that i didn't know i was holding as the door to our compartment slowly opened and the familiar face of remus lupin stepped in. "hiya, moony." i said as he stood in front of me. he smiled and knelt down in front of me to see my face just a little more before kissing me "i missed you." i said as he pulled away "oh...darling im so sorry.." he said as he sat on the floor, head between my legs. i played with his hair for a while before slipping reg of my shoulder and crawling onto the floor. "fathers getting worse. so much worse, reg keeps having panic attacks. i'm the only one who can calm
him down." remus took my hand in his own "i'm sorry. i know it's hard." i nodded and let my head fall to his shoulders and let my eyes softly shut.
-remus pov-
i held sirius as he slept. i know his household isn't good, i know his parents are abusive. but i think it's gonna work out, its the last year of school, and i've got a apartment set up for us. 2bedrooms and a pullout couch. of course reg is coming with us i'm not insane.
soon i was pulled out of my thoughts by some soft whimpers, reg. nightmares. shit! i didn't have time to wake sirius who was already asleep on the floor so i got up quickly and sat next to the crying boy
"reg! reg wake up it's not real! it's me, it's me, remus, it's okay, wake up" the small boy shot up breathing heavily and grabbing his arm scratching it. i pulled his hand away and held them to my chest
"feel my heartbeat, okay? it's not real."
i brought my other hand to his head and softly rubbed the side of his head, right behind his ear. he was still shaking and crying
"look at me." reg looked up and forced a small smile
"remember first year, when me and sirius showed you how to get snivellus mad"
"talk about j-james" reg said under his breath "Yeah, yeah. and when we hung him by his foot!" reg smiled softly
"best prank yet" i pulled him into a hug and held him. "lemme see your arm" i said as i pulled out my wand
no dark mark
i sighed and healed the cuts and scratches "don't tell siri i had a nightmare. he gets worried."
"i won't buddy. i won't"
he laid his head on my shoulder and fell asleep once again.
"reg! siri! wake up, where here"
reg woke up but siri was still fast asleep
"okay wait, reg watch this." i knelt down next to my sleeping boyfriend and moved his hair aside softly and started sucking on his neck to wake him up, didn't budge, i heard reg giggle behind me.
i huffed and stood up taking his hand and pulled him off his ass, he woke halfway through
"there you are my prince" i said as he rubbed his eyes "were here." siri nodded and wrapped his arm around my waist. we walked to the slytherin dungeon to drop reg off,siri looked at reg with intent "if anything happens, you come right to the Gryffindor tower and i will be there in a hear beat" reg nodded and hugged siri "okay now go before bella sees you"
i took sirius by the hand and hurried back to the common room and up the stairs.
no one was there
"mhm...no ones here..got the hole place to ourselves." i said as i reached for sirius' hips with a smirk. i moved as so we were in front of the mirror and kissed his neck, biting softly
"what's this?" i ask, knowing well i just gave it to him on the train.
"what?"
i move aside and point to hickey by his ear
"i left this one." i said pointing to one that was on his collar
"i-i don't know" he said moving closer to the mirror
"i didn't cheat i promise!" he said taking my hands
"calm down darling- i gave it to you while you were asleep"
"oh you bastard!" he said slapping my shoulder
"here..i'll make it up to you." i said as i picked him up, walking over to my bed and dropping him down and picking up his thighs so they were over my shoulders. i climbed into bed and kissed his neck
he clawed at my back and tried to pull of my shirt
"words, darling" i said he pleaded with his eyes as the door opened and james walked it "get off of him i don't wanna see you suck him off" he said dropping down on his bed with a book
"potter you fucking prude." he smiled softly as peter walked in. i finally rolled off or sirius and layed my head on his chest.
"you come around at the worst time james. you really do."
"but it's my job, don't want my friends fucking yk"
"it's been months james. haven't touched him, seen him. anything. when was the last time you and lily fucked?"
"mhmmmmm last week."
"EXACTLY!"
"fine okay tonight, i'll sleep in the common room. pete can sleep on the armchair too. there happy?"
"yes. thank you."
i kissed sirius on the cheek
"but anyway me and pete need to go to detention."
he got up following pete out of the room
"no need for tonight" i said grabbing his hips again while kissing him
-time skip because i don't like smut ✨-
i huffed and layed down pulling away and laying down next to sirius. "you're so beautiful." i said softly cleaning him off with a wet rag
"mm, thank you."
i kissed his neck "wanna take a shower?" i ask rubbing his shoulder
"yeah"
we sit on the bed, i take the hair brush off my dresser and sit behind sirius gathering his hair into my hands and brushing it softly "where's your product babe" i ask "dresser" i reach over and grab the cream softly combing it through his hair "thank you rem." "for what?" "not mentioning the cuts. on my back." i glanced down at them and kissed his shoulder "i don't wanna make you talk about them. it's okay"
"oh put on some clothes!" said james walking in and covering his eyes "we just took a shower" i got up and threw some pants to siri as james sat down on my bed "wouldn't do that" i said leaning in "haven't cleaned the sheets" he jumped up "bloody hell lupin."
"atleast you can sleep in the dorms tonight"
"well, it's almost midnight anyway so i'm gonna head to bed"
"shit! i told marlene i'd meet her for a prank at 12:15! i gotta go" sirius got up and ran out without a shirt
"well then...i'm gonna head to bed"
we all turned our lights out and layed down
-time skip, around 1:30 A.M-
i heard the door open and i figured it was sirius so i didn't say anything until i heard a voice whisperer "fuck"
"hello?" "shit re i didn't mean to wake you, i'll just leave." it was reg, he was crying "shit reggie come here" he crawled into my bed and layed down. i held him as he softly cried "i'm not gonna get the dark mark" he whispered "i know."
"i had a nightmare." i held him closer "wanna talk about it?" he nodded
"it was me a siri, he had taken lily's
eyeliner and we were at home, i was trying to put it on him but i couldn't get the line straight. father walked in, took it right out of my hand. he beat sirius, senseless. and took him to the dinning room, mother used cruico on him and made me watch, picked him up and threw him into the old grandfather clock. and i couldn't do anything. it was terrible."
i held him just a little closer.
"sirius loves you so much,he talks about you. how you try to fight back, your so much like him." reg nodded and layed his head on my chest "get some sleep reg. i'll close the curtains so james and siri won't see." he nodded and rolled over onto his side as i pulled the curtains shut and spelled them
-next morning-
"bloody hell moony! did you spell them shut!" reg was awake and had a pillow on his lap
"sorry james, just head out, i'll be down soon"
"okay, pads already at breakfast so hurry." i heard james leave and i got out of bed "thanks rem. it means a lot." i just nodded "i'll walk you back to the dungeons" he smiled and got up "wait! take the cloke so no one sees you" i threw it at him and he slipped under
we walked in silence and i watched him walk inside as he handed me the cloke.
-time skip-
i sat down next to sirius "so who was in your bed?" he said moving my arm from his waist "what?" i said, he laughed, but not that nice laugh, the 'wow you fucking prick' "you don't spell your curtains shut if your not shagging someone" "siri i'm not cheating." i said with a straight face "then who was in your bed."
"fine. your brother. he had a nightmare and you weren't there so he slept in my bed." i looked down at my lap. no one said anything. "i shouldn't have said anything. he told me not to tell."
sirius just wrapped his arm around my waist "i'm not gonna say anything. thank you for laying with him"
i nodded "walked him back." i said as i drank some juice. "i'll talk to you about it later" i nodded and dug into my food.
-time skip-
"so, what happened"
"you were out with marls and at around one he showed up, crying. i told him to get in, we talked and he fell asleep. i spelled the curtains shut so james wouldn't see."
"that's it? what was his nightmare? is he okay? how did he calm down he never does."i rubbed sirius' back as he rambled on "i guess he just likes me" i said with a laugh.
"oh come on. i like you too and you don't do that for me"
"i just express my love for you in a different way." i said simply
"oh sure."
"i sucked you off and fucked you last night. i think i love you. and if i didn't would i love your brother that much?"
"no, no you wouldn't."
