Not your fault

So this different from what i usually right so if it's bad. Bear with me.(Hope is Remus mom)

"Please mom! Dads gonna freak! Just let make him go out for the day. It's just one day." Hope fell quiet. She knew Remus was correct and that his father would throw a fit. She sighed heavily "I'll try." Remus beamed and hugged her tightly "thank you mom." She nodded quickly and stood up walking to the kitchen "lyall, honey will you run to hogsmead for me? I can make a list" lyall nodded and hope bent down to make a quick list, just enough for him to be out for the day
-chocolate frogs
-quills
-a small cauldron
-charmed flowers
-potions book
-pumpkin juice
-mugwort
"And don't be in a rush darling, get yourself a butter beer" she smiled softly and handed him the list. Lyall made his way around the house making short stops to pick up things, jacket, shoes etc.
He was gone quickly and Remus was left fiddling on the couch. There was a knock on the door and Remus quickly got up opening the door "Sirius." Sirius blushed "hi." Remus hugged him quickly "come on, get in" Sirius stepped inside and smiled at hope "hi, mrs lupin." She laughed "please, call me hope" she gestured them over to the couch and went to make tea "so, Sirius, how are you?" Sirius leaned himself into Remus side "good, I've been staying at the potters" she nodded and handed sirus and Remus a cup of tea "so Remus tells me a lot about you. How did you two meet?"
"Well we've known each other since first year, but just recently gotten together last year." Hope nodded and sipped her tea "well, I'll let you two alone. Where will you be sleeping?" Remus glanced to his mother quickly "hell sleep in my bed tonight" and quickly guided Sirius up the stairs shutting the door behind him. Remus let out a heavy sigh and Sirius laughed "you are so cute when you're flustered" Remus walked towards Sirius and wrapped his hand around his waist and bent down to kiss him but left about a inch of space "I missed you" Sirius nodded slowly and his lips grazed Remus, but then someone opened the door and they jumped away quickly as hope walked in "sorry boys. I've made lunch" Remus nodded and looked away "yeah, yeah Well be down in a minute" she closed the door and immediately Sirius burst out laughing. Remus playfully hit his shoulder and grabbed his wrists pinning him down to the bed and kissing him with a smile. Sirius laughed and finally got free with a heavy sigh "Come on loony lupin. It's time for lunch" Remus got up and took Sirius hand leading him down stairs while laughing, but the laughing quickly stopped when they got to the bottom of the stairs
"Dad..." Remus froze and quickly looked to his mother who was trembling in the corner "Remus you fucking-"Lyall raised his wand and was about to cast a spell "EXPELLIAMRUS!" His wand quickly landed in Sirius hand "you think you have a fucking chance of hurting him when I'm around? I have been through shit you can't even imagine. Try me bitch" lyall looked around and laughed "y-yeah sure. I'm his dad." Sirius stepped in front of Remus "yeah and you know the shit he says you do? I see the fucking silver burns when he takes off his shirt, those don't just happen. It took him weeks for me to see him shirtless because of the marks you gave him."
"He deserves those." Sirius looked to remus who had tears down his face "come on remmy, were leaving." Sirius grabbed Remus and dragged him out of the house apperating to the potters and knocking on the door "Sirius?" James opened the door and got us inside "what the fuck happened!"
"It's his dad. He's abusive" Sirius tried to lift Remus shirt but kept pulling it down "no-no-no" he kept mumbling "Remus, it's me. Come on baby" his eyes flickered and pulled Sirius into a hug "James go get your mom" James got up and left the room quickly soon james came back with his mom who tried to calm Remus down but to no avail.
"Remus. Listen to my voice, baby I love you." Remus just kept holding him and crying. James and his mom eventually left them alone
"I'm sorry. I ruined it. This was supposed to be a good day." "No..no Remus it's okay."
Remus just burried himself more into Sirius side and cried.

Ik this book gets like no reads. No clue why though. My last book had like 17k reads. But anyway if you guys wanna get to know me more I'll put some more info in the next chapter I put out:)
