Roselia's POV:
I didn't know what else to do.

When Cindy told us that she didn't feel safe being home alone at a time like this, my mind immediately went to what Memory said. According to her, something big was supposed to happen tonight. Something that I wouldn't last long in. I didn't want Cindy to be alone and in fear when that big thing happens. However, no matter how hard I tried, my mind couldn't pinpoint what that big thing was.

Cindy was currently sitting in the passenger seat looking around my police car. "Wow... there are so many buttons!" She said as I chuckled. "I know you want to push them all, little sis, but you can't," I replied as Cindy pouted. "Right. I'm here because I want to find Georgie," Cindy said, "How exactly do you do this detective stuff?" I put my fingers on the steering wheel before replying. "Well, me and a few other officers head over to the place were investigating. I always carry a notepad with me," I explained.

"Whatever I find that may seem useful, I write it down." Cindy looked out at all of the trees we were passing by. "Wow, Rose, you have an interesting job," she said. The streets were very quiet as I drove past some buildings. "Hey, Rose?" Cindy asked. "What's up?" I asked in response before Cindy sighed. "Doesn't something seem...off to you?" she asked. "What do you mean?" I asked while keeping my eyes on the road. Cindy rested her head on her elbow, which was sitting on the door.

"Well...everything was normal just 2 weeks ago...what happened?" Cindy explained. Cindy had a good point. I was hanging out with my friends and visiting Mrs.P 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard from any of them since that day. Right now, we were on our way to the Piggy family home to try and find Georgie. "I don't know, Cindy," I replied, "All we can do is hope that everything will be okay." Cindy only nodded at my response.

I could sense Cindy's sadness before I spoke. "Cheer up, Cindy, we can go home and make that chocolate cake you've been wanting to make for a while when we're finished," I said. "That would be nice," Cindy replied before silence filled the car once more. We wouldn't get to the Piggy family home for a couple of minutes, so I tried to strike up a conversation. "Wanna tell me more about those cheerleaders?" I asked. Cindy sighed before speaking.

"Well, the 'you'll never be like your sister' thing really hurt," Cindy said, "It's just that...you're so perfect, Rose. You're kind, you're smart, you're strong, and you're brave. I'm pretty sure everyone in Lucella knows me as just 'Rose's little sister' and not Lucinda." My grip tightened on the steering wheel. Sure, everyone thought I was perfect, but no one was going to mess with my little sister and get away with it. I sighed and shook my head.

"Well, as I said before, don't let their words get to you," I replied, "And no one is perfect, Cindy, not even me." That seemed to grab my sister's attention. "Really?" She asked as I nodded. "Yeah, I didn't know how to tie my shoes until I was 10," I responded as Cindy giggled. "Tell me more, Tell me more!" She exclaimed happily. For the next few minutes, Cindy and I had talked about what was wrong and embarrassing about one another.

"I was still in school when Mom gave birth to you," I said. "You were?" Cindy asked in response. "Yeah, I was," I said before continuing the story. "I was in recess playing with Penny, Doggy, Bunny, Zizzy, Pony, and a bunch of my other friends," I explained, "Then my teacher at the time had called me over to her and told me to follow her to the classroom. I thought I was in some serious trouble, but my teacher said that someone wanted to talk to me."

"That someone was Dad," I chuckled and shook my head at the memory, "He sounded very excited, and he someone spread that feeling through the phone when he told me that you were born." Cindy giggled. "Why did you think you were going to get in trouble?" she asked as I shrugged. "To be honest, I'm not sure what 6-year-old me was thinking at the time," I replied, "Anyways, Dad told me that I wouldn't take the bus home, he would be the one picking me up."
