The Captain's POV:
"Are you sure you'll be okay?"

"We'll be fine, Sophia. I'll tell you if something is up!"

"Well, if you say so. I'll call you later then?"

"Yeah! I'll talk to you later!"

"Bye!"

I hung up my call with Amanda(Penny and Georgie's mom, I got that from another book.)before setting my phone down on my desk. "Well, Amy says she, Penny and David(Penny and Georgie's dad, ALSO got that from another book.)are still on board with taking that potion, Rosie Pose. I know you're nervous about this, but you've got nothing to worry about," I said as Rose smiled at me.

"You're just worried about nothing, kiddo!" A certain male said as he ruffled Rose's hair."Ah! Dad! Stop that!" Rose replied as she took her father's hand off of her head. I rolled my eyes and chuckled at the two. "Leave your daughter alone, Michael. She was right to worry," I said as I took a sip of my coffee."You're no fun, Soph," Michael said as he crossed his arms. I sighed and turned to Rose."Anyways, I heard that you found out where Willow might be, Rosie Pose," I said.

She nodded."The only place she could be is in the alleys next to the gallery," Rose explained, "Doggy and I are going to head over there soon after the area is cleared out." Rose's face then changed to one of sadness."What's the matter, kiddo?" Michael asked."I just...I just feel really bad arresting one of my closest friends," Rose started, "What if Willow had a good reason for stealing food and supplies?" I stood up and walked around my desk to put my hands on Rose's shoulders.

"I understand what you mean, but you and Willow both know the laws," I explained to Rose, "Even if she does have a good reason, she has to be thrown in jail. I'm sorry." Rose looked down at her feet in sadness."Oh..okay," she replied. I smiled at her."Don't be sad, sweetheart. She wouldn't be in jail for long, only about a month or two," I reassured her. Rose looked up at me and gave me a small smile."That's the spirit. You look better when you smile," I added.

After a few minutes of talking with Michael and Rose about work and other things, Doggy came into the office."Chief? We just got word that the alleys have been cleared of people," Doggy said as he stood in the doorway. Michael turned to look at Doggy before nodding his head at him."Alright, I want you and Rose to find Willow and bring her back here as soon as you can, okay?" Michael asked in response."Will do," Doggy replied."Okay..." Rose added hesitantly.

Rose walked away from us before following Doggy out the door, shutting it behind her. I sighed and turned to my husband."I'm worried about Rose," I said, grabbing his attention."What do you mean, Soph?" He asked as he walked up to me."Well, she seems a bit...out of it. Rose is getting nervous about something, but I don't know what. It's as if something big is coming, and that's what she's getting nervous about," I explained.

Michael put a hand on my shoulder."Sophia, you're a great person. You can always tell when somethings wrong with someone. That's what I love about you," Michael started, "I know that you can figure out what's going on with Rose and fix it." He took his hand off of my shoulder. We stood in silence for a moment before I nodded."Yeah, Thanks for the boost of encouragement. I needed that," I replied. Michael smiled at me before speaking.

"Anytime, Soph."

8 hours later...
"Are you sure it was just a sad show you were crying over?"

Rose and Lucinda were sitting on Rose's bed while I stood in the doorway. Rose had tears flowing down her cheeks as she looked away from the laptop screen in front of her."I'm sure, Mom. My favorite character just died..." Rose reassured me."It was intense! I'm thinking about who'll fill in the role of the protagonist in the next season!" Cindy added. I chuckled and shook my head."Alright, then. You two have fun!" I said before shutting the door and walking away from Rose's room.
