Lucinda's POV:
I suppose the scarf wasn't just an accessory.

I was currently bent down by the door of the cage, holding the coffee brown scarf that was once wrapped around my neck in my hands. I held one end of the scarf while trying to get ahold of the white key with the other and. Normally, I would simply walk in and grab it, but an infected Foxy sat in the corner at the other end of the cage, staring at the scarf with a blank expression. Fortunately, he didn't notice me on the other end.

Slowly but surely, I pulled the white key towards me with the help of my scarf. Once it was close to me, I quickly picked it up before running away from the cage. I noticed Foxy standing up from the corner of my eye, but I was out of there shortly after. I ran past the benches and towards the door that still had the white lock and wooden boards on it. I needed a code for the door, aswell. I sighed before unlocking the white lock with the key and tossed it aside. Now I just needed a code and a hammer.

I then turned to the blue key that sat on the bench next to me. I noticed the gate with the blue lock that was blocking the roller coaster. I pressed my lips into a thin line as I picked up the blue key while keeping my eyes on the gate. I went over to the gate before putting my hand ontop of it and looking around. There was a vault sitting on a bench a few centimeters away from the platform which the roller coaster sat on. My eye caught the leg of a bench on the other side of the cars.

I unlocked the blue lock on the gate before throwing it away. I then pushed the gate open and nearly fell over onto the stone path beneath me. With one hand on my head, I slowly stood up and looked at the wrench panel next to the roller coaster. "The wrench..." I muttered as I looked behind me. I then remembered that I left the wrench on a bench next to the high striker. I quickly went back through the gate and towards one of the benches next to the high striker.

I quickly scooped up the wrench before going back to the panel. I took a few seconds to catch my breath before using the wrench on the panel. The once red glow now turned green as I stepped back. A light and quiet gasp escaped my cold lips as the two cars on the roller coaster slowly started to move. The carts moved foward and stopped once they barely showed the bench that sat on the other side of the apricot orange tracks.

On the black bench a few feet away from me sat a water gun that was orange, purple, and green. There was a small tank on the back of the water gun that was half full of water. Although I was at a carnival, seeing a water gun sitting behind a roller coaster was the last thing I expected to see. I looked behind me for a moment in an attempt to spot the clown chasing after me, but no one was there. The infected clown was no where to be found.

"Huh...that's weird," I said as I slowly reached over to the water gun and picked it up. "What would I need this for?" I asked in my head as I stepped away from the roller coaster. Then I thought of something. I gasped before making my way down the steps and back onto the stone path. I ran past the circus tent and found myself back at the entrance. I went past the entrance and found myself back at the blue booth with a target on it.

I bent down slightly infront of the counter while holding the water gun. I knew that this wouldn't be difficult with one eye since I normally had to close an eye anyway. "Focus on your target, Cindy..." I muttered shakily as I moved the water gun around, "...and only on your target, nothing else matters." I knew that I was exaggerating the situation, but my life was on the line. Me being in a carnival with an infected clown and possibly an infected fox after me wasn't good.

I pulled the trigger once more.

____________

I was in trouble.

Double trouble.

I realized this when I found myself standing on the opposite side of the metal fences close to the escape door. I turned to my left to see the infected clown staring at me with a blank expression. Their hammer was over their shoulder, ready to swing at any moment. The clown didn't say anything. They only stared at me with its void black eyes. Their head was twitching rarely but violently. I bit my lip and turned to my right.
