A new beginning [Levi x reader]

Chapter 28

"Am I interrupting something?" Kuchel walked through the door looking at us.

"Oh not at all." I smiled at her. She left her coat on a hanger and made her way towards us.

"So, what's up?" She asked me.

"Nothing, I just wanted to thank you and also say goodbye."

"Say goodbye?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah...I'm moving in another town and I've heard it's about two hours away from here."

"Oh my, are you ok sweetie?" She hugged me tightly. Her hugs are the best.

"I mean...of course I'm sad but, I can't change anything about it." I explained.
"And I waited for you here because I wanted to thank you for accepting me as Levi's girlfriend, I'm really grateful for that." I added.

"Y/n, you're a lovely girl and if anything I should be the one that's grateful for you being Levi's girlfriend. I'm glad he could find someone like you who loves him just as he is." She held me close as she spoke. Kuchel was such a wonderful woman, I'll miss her a lot too.

"When are you leaving." She asked pulling away from me to look at my eyes. I averted my gaze to the clock on the wall to look at the time.

"In 3 hours." I simply said.

"Alright then, you two can spend as much time as you want before Y/n leaves." She said before getting up from the couch and walking to her bedroom.

As soon as Kuchel closed the door to her bedroom Levi smashed his lips against mine.

"Levi what ar-"

"Don't speak Y/n." He cut me off kissing me again hungrily. What's this all about. Levi slid his tongue in my mouth exploring every bit of it. He moved on to my neck quickly like he didn't have patience. I let out a moan as soon as he found my sweet spot but then I quickly covered my mouth with my hand. Levi lifted his head up to look at me and smirked.

"Sounds like you're enjoying this." He said in a teasing tone. His lips found their way on my neck again making me shiver. I felt Levi's fingertips at the hem of my shirt tugging slightly. He looked up at me for permission and I nodded shyly.

"Oh my god! I can't believe you two!" We both snapped our heads in the direction of the voice just to see Kuchel standing there. "I leave you two alone for 5 minutes and you can't control yourselves." She shook her head.

"Tch...what did you expect, she's leaving." Levi said annoyed.

"Levi, you two were about to have sex in the living room so don't try to come up with excuses." Levi didn't say anything else he only sighed and I was sitting there being very uncomfortable. We stood in silence for a few minutes but a knock at the door broke it.

"I'll go and see who it is." Levi said standing up and walking to the door.

"Oh hi Levi! Is Y/n here?" I heard Carla's voice.

"Oh uh yeah...she's here."

"Can you tell her to come here please, unfortunately she needs to leave a little bit early since the other family wants her there before dinner time." I heard Carla explaining. 'What?! That's bullshit. Now I can't even have dinner here.'

"Okay...I'll tell her now." I could tell Levi's mood changed. He was back to being sad and I didn't even blame him.

"Y/n, you have to go." His voice cracked a bit as he spoke and it was breaking my heart. It was breaking my heart knowing I was causing him all of this pain. 'Dammit, why do I have to leave?!' I asked myself for the thousand time this day.

I nodded getting up and walking to the door.

"I'll get mom so you can say goodbye to her one more time if you want." Levi suggested.

"Alright." I agreed.

"Leaving already?" Kuchel's voice rung through my ears. I nodded staying silent.

"Let's go outside." She said walking out the door and going on the sidewalk. As I stepped out of the house I could see Eren, Mikasa and Armin on the sidewalk as well, Grisha was in the car so I'm assuming his gonna be driving. I got closer to the car but turned before opening the door.

"I'll miss you all." I said shedding tears. Mikasa and Eren were crying too, what am I even saying. Everybody was crying. I didn't want to leave on a bad note so I gave all of them a sad smile and got inside the car.

"I'm guessing you're not in the mood to talk." Grisha stated starting the car, I nodded 'no' and looked out the window once again. I waved my hand as 'goodbye' before we left. This was it. I won't see the people I met here for a while. But I will definitely come visit.

The car ride was silent, neither of us said anything, but that didn't bother me since I wanted a little bit of peace. I leaned my head on the window and closed my eyes just for a few minutes.

"Y/n, wake up." Somebody gently shook me. I opened my eyes and looked out the window to see an unfamiliar house.

"We're here. Come on I'll help you get your luggage from the back." Grisha said. I got out of the car and I looked towards the house. A young couple was sitting on the porch looking at me. The lady waved her hand and smiled. I ignored them and turned to Grisha to take my luggage.

"Thanks." I said.

"I have to go now, but take care Y/n and come visit some time." He smiled slightly before getting in the car and driving off. I started walking towards the house.

"Hello Y/n, I'm Grace and this is Ryan." The lady spoke.

'I already don't like them.'
