Another imagine about how I'm so hilariously awkward around my crush.

The 'being speechless' cliché is real, guys. It happened to me.

"Does 141 go in the back and 144 go in the front?" Gerard asked stupidly, standing in front of the stapler as I stuttered to form a proper sentence in mid-panic attack. Today I was gonna give him a note that had in it about the tiny crush I've had on him for quite a while, afterwards running off.

I bet he knows that I'm gonna give him a note and he's just playing with my feelings. He might be able to read my mind.

Gerard asked me again, but I just stared at him.

"I- uh, I guess... well, 144 goes in the back. 141 goes in the front-" A girl, whose name is Lyndsey, goes up to him and says in a teasing manner, "You idiot, hurry up. 144 goes here."

I just stared at her. No, go away you evil being. Gerard is mine. Stay away from him.

"Fine! Lemme figure this out, ugh!" Gerard grunted, acting stupid with the stapler. She snatched it from him and stapled her paper, stapling Gee's for him before they both went back to sit back down.

Did I mention that he sits next to me as well? No? Okay. Well, he does. In two classes.

As I continued to work, a guy in front of us asked to borrow an eraser. He reached for Gerard's but he pulled away, laughing that he couldn't reach. I was going to lend mine to that guy in front of us but you know what?

I reached for the pencil, but at the same time Gerard did. We both looked at each other, but he continued to laugh, then drew his hand away. I was left a stuttering mess, then gave the guy my pencil.

Also, in P.E., we were lining up as we didn't have P.E. for a week. I used to sit on one side of the line away from Gerard (Which I was thankful for, so I'd be able to take a break from him.) but now, I sit near him.

Thank you, school for making me want to stay closer to him.

One day, we had to move seats. At the same time I was both happy and sad, happy because I'll finally be able to sit away from him but sad because I didn't want to move seats.

On that day, he had a game to go to, so he (along with a few other students.) were absent.

The next day, he came back. I hoped and pleaded that someone like my friend Bob would sit next to me, but oh no, Gerard had to sit next to me.

Why the fuck did fate decide to try and get us together?
