"Mrs.Dallas your having a boy." She smiles and I smile as well.
After the appointment I called Jamie to tell her the news and she said she had news as well but she wanted to tell me in person so after I called Lucy to make sure she was available for a while longer and she was happy to stay for longer.
I pull into her long driveway and the pulled to the side in case her husband comes home. I walk up to the door and before I can ring the door bell she was there and she opened the door.
"Hey-" I'm cut off by her pulling me inside of the house.
I look at her with a weird look, "Mom what is the matter?" I question her and she burrows her face into my shoulder and cries.. I mean sobs. I kiss her forehead as if I was to kiss one of my kids, I didn't know what to think.
"Katie I'm so scared." I was clueless.
