Sorry for the long wait. I have no had electricity or water for almost this whole week. I hope you all enjoy this update.

Nearly losing Nora and not being able to do anything about it is killing me. I want to kill Block for every hurting my daughter but I know killing her won't solve anything. There will always be another person another danger that will threaten Nora's life. The fear I felt with Damian doing more in the field is now amplified as Nora is trying to prove herself to be this super hero just like Barry. I beat out my frustration against the punching bag needing to take my mind off of hunting down Block and killing her for putting my daughter in harm. "Mom?" I hear Nora call out my name and I keep hitting the punching bag. "Mom, I'm sorry for being reckless and...I'm just sorry." She apologizes.

"You weren't ready. It was foolish of your father to let you out in the field before you were ready." I lecture her as I punch a hole straight through the punching bag. Nora steps back at my actions.

"Wow how...I never knew you were so strong." She comments.

"Now is not a good time Nora."

"Mom, please I just can't...I can't live with the idea of you being upset with me and disappointed. I just...please forgive me." She begs me and I look at her with sadness in my eyes.

"You think I'm disappointed in you?" I question her.

"I mean, why wouldn't you. I was...I ran in way over my head. Dad, he was just trying to protect me and..."

"Nora!" I snap and she stops talking finally. I am fuming with anger at what happened tonight.

"See you are mad at me. And I hate that you're mad at me and..."

"I'm not mad." I argue.

"You're not?" She questions me.

"I'm worried out of my mind Nora. I...I spend most days not breathing when your dad goes out to save the city and now I have you to worry about and..."

"You could join us and we would be a crime fighting family." Nora argues.

"I'm not going out in the field."

"Come on me. We would get so much done if there was three of us." She continues.

"Nora..."

"I know you don't like going out to...but just think about it. We could make the best team ever with The Flash, XS, and well we can make a name for you and..."

"Enough Nora!" I shout again making her stop. "I am not discussing this I...please give me space." I ask as I leave her alone in the gym.

Barry's POV

I have failed tremendously with trying to get Nora to stick with the basics. She wants to go straight to level 100 without even attempting level 1. My only way of cautioning her about using her powers is to show her some of times when it went wrong for me. "Is this part of my training?" Nora asks me as I gather us around the monitor.

"Just watch." I press play and the footage of me running on the treadmill for the first time pops up.

"Schway, is that you?" She as with such joy in her voice.

"Yeah. A few weeks after I got my powers." I answer.

"OG Flash. God, look at you move."

"Yeah, just wait for it." Nora gasps and covers her eyes as I go flying backwards into the pile of boxes and packing peanuts going everywhere. "And this." I put up another footage. This time me fighting Gird after Tony came back into my life to torment me.
