I don't own anything except for my character Anna Wayne.
"Are you nervous Anna?" Caitlin asks me as she helps fix my hair.
"No, I'm just excited." I admit to her and she squeezes my hand.
"You make one gorgeous bride."
"I second that." Felicity adds pouring me more champagne.
"Thank you. All of you for standing by me. This is...this is everything I could ask for and more."
"Aww...don't' cry." Iris comes over handing me a tissue.
"I would like to make one final toast." Caitlin raises her glass and we follow her lead. "We have all had the pleasure to watch Barry and Anna's love grow. I remember her explaining to Barry about her resting bitch face..." We all burst out laughing.
"You so have that." Felicity states.
"I know that." I confirm for her.
"They tried to fight their love for each other but...eventually it became too powerful to deny. So all I want to say is, you two don't need luck because, with a love like yours, luck is overrated. You and Barry show everyone first hand what it means to fight for love no matter what the odds have in store for you. I love you my sweet Anna and it's the biggest honor to stand with you on the day that I know we've all hoped you would get to experience."
"Okay uh...you don't want me to cry but that..." All three of them huddle over to me showering me in hugs.
"Sorry excuse me." We all look seeing a waitress holding a tray of water glasses. "I just thought you might want some sparkling water." She smiles at us.
"Uh thank you." I get up and take one of the glasses but feel her continuing to stare at me.
"Big day."
"Yes, it is."
"You are the most beautiful bride I have ever seen." She compliments me.
"Thank you." She keeps staring at me.
"You two make the perfect couple and...don't forget to say I do." She mutters before quickly leaving the room.
"Was that a little strange?" I ask my girls.
"Stranger things could happen." Felicity assures me.
"Well, it's time to get into the dress." Iris claps her hands and the nerves hit me a little.
"Really?" I ask and she nods her head.
"Okay uh...don't look. I want to surprise all of you." I order as I go to change into my dress. I smile seeing the dress that I found at such last minute. I slip into the delicate fabric loving the feeling of it against my skin. I use my powers to help zip the dress and step into my shoes. "Are you guys ready?" I call out.
"Hurry up! I want to see this gorgeous dress." Caitlin orders which surprise me.
"Okay..." I step out. "Here it is." I show them and they are speechless.
"Oh, Anna. You..." Caitlin is dabbing her eyes now.
"That girl is right. You make the most beautiful bride." Felicity is dabbing her eyes now.
"I'm lost for words on your beauty. I...Barry is going to lose his shit when he sees you." Iris declares and we all chuckle.
