"So Cicada II is really Grace from the future, and she's trying to get revenge on the meta that murdered her parents, and that killer meta is here?" Joe asks for clarification.

"Cisco saw the last PIN that was entered into the ATM." Nora informs him.

"I ran the pins through my computer, and the card belongs to Vickie and John Bolen." I explain to Joe.

"We already went by their house, and a neighbor said they were having a party here." Barry states.

"Um, I think this is them." Nora points the man in front of us.

"Excuse me, sir?" Joe starts off. "Detective Joe West, we're from CCPD. Are you Mr. John Bolen?"

"I am. How can I help you?" John asks, feeling a little defensive.

"What's going on? Oh." A woman we can only guess is Vickie, John's wife jogs up to us. "Sorry to be rude, but we're in the middle of a party."

"This won't take long. Um...do you remember using an ATM on Kingswell and 42nd around May 4th, 2017?" Joe asks. Barry and I take special notice of how Vickie's facial expression changes. She doesn't even look at us anymore.

"There was an explosion that day." Barry adds. "We think a meta-human might have been involved."

"Hon, why don't you and Alice start gathering the kids for a team photo?" Vickie suggests. "I'll talk to the nice officers."

"Okay." John leaves without any questions.

"I can't believe you found me after all this time." Vickie says, and the whole mood changes.

"We'd just like to know what happened that day. Did you blow up that ATM?" Joe tries to keep everything friendly and calm.

"It...it all happened so fast. I touched the machine, and it was like something turned on in me." Vickie explains to us.

"You hyper-accelerated the molecules in the ATM. Causing a violent chain reaction." Nora explains.

"I just know I saw sparks and ran. Then I heard this explosion and money was flying everywhere. It looked like I was trying to rob the bank. I was too afraid to go back. At least no one got hurt." I keep my facial expression neutral. If only Vickie knew how wrong she was.

"Mrs. Bolen, we have a reason to believe a killer is targeting you." Barry exclaims.

"Why?"

"It's because of your...abilities. Listen, we'd like to put you in federal protection to keep your family safe." Joe explains.

"And what would I tell my husband? Or my daughter? Hey, sorry, mommy has powers. We all have to leave our lives behind." Vickie fires right back.

"They don't know about your powers?" Nora asks, shocked.

"Of course not. No one does. You think I'm proud of this?"

"I think they have the right to know their lives are in danger." I speak up, and Vickie glares at me.

"And who the hell do you think you are telling me what to do?" Vickie's tone changes.

"People who want to keep you alive." I answer. "Secrets or not, they are your family, and the secret you've been keeping is going to kill them." She is glaring hard at me.

"We're not going anywhere. That's final. Please leave." She dismisses us like we're nothing but a bother.

"Makes me really not want to save her." I mutter.
