Anna's POV
"What's going on with me?" Barry asks us from his cell.
"So...the car you touched was saturated with unstable dark matter." Cisco explains as we look over the footage.
"And because you were phasing at the time, it caused your body to destabilize on a cellular level." Caitlin adds.
"When I got close to the driver, I saw dark matter veins flare-up, just like on the back of Spencer Young's phone." Barry informs us.
"So the car is a piece of meta-tech?" Nora asks.
"That or whatever is controlling it." I clarify.
"How long is he gonna have to say in there for?" Nora asks getting visibly upset.
"Without the help of the power dampeners, it could take up..."
"A day." Damian blurts out
"No, no, no!" Barry yells. "I have to present evidence on the stand-in like, ten minutes. Cecile's going to kill me."
"You know String Bean you really suck at being on time for anything." Damian insults Barry.
"Not now Damian!" Barry yells.
"I could do it." Nora offers.
"You want to..."
"I'm a CSI mom so...I can do it." She assures me.
"Well...good luck." I kiss her cheek and she speeds off.
"Your court allows a lot of bogus paperwork to be submitted as real." Damian comments.
"Not now Damian." He holds up his hands in defense.
"So what's the thing you're working on in the lab?" He asks.
"The..."
"The analysis on what I'm guessing is from Rapunzel's wounds since the cellular DNA that's left on it matches his."
"You know what my cellular DNA looks like?" Cisco asks Damian shocked.
"I know a lot of things." Damian fires back.
"Uh...well..." I look at Cisco.
"Let's show them." Cisco leads Caitlin, Damian, and me into the lab to show them what we've found.
"So the shards you removed I ran a biochemical analysis on them and the tissues from Cisco's hands." I explain to Caitlin.
"You know how to do that?" Caitlin asks me shocked
"I may not have an MD but I did pick up a few things from you." I wink and she smiles with pride.
"And we found this." Cisco pulls up the photos of the dark matter in his wound right after the fight with Cicada. "That's my tissue right after I got sliced."
"And this is from today." I state showing them the next slide.
"Almost all the dark matter is gone." Caitlin states.
"The shards weren't dampening his powers they were removing them." I explain.
"So the shitty dagger of the insect has anti-dark matter properties." Damian pieces together.
"Yes!" Cisco exclaims wanting to high-five Damian but Damian leaves him hanging.
"Cisco, if we can synthesize that into a serum, we could get rid of Cicada's powers entirely." Caitlin theorizes.
