Trust and Connections

Thank you all for the support you've given me. I love reading all of your comments and hearing the theories you have and I can't wait for you all to read the surprises I have coming. It's going to be amazing.

"How many times are you idiots going to develop something that the enemy steals and turns into a weapon? I mean, you guys need to up your security." Damian scolds us.

"Duly noted Damian." I snap as I try and process what is happening.

"Well, this is what we know about the cryoatomizer." Caitlin pulls up everything she has on the device. "Tannhauser originally developed it to combat land fires caused by droughts. So the cryoatomizer can disperse cold air particles into the atmosphere that triggers rainfall." She explains to us. "However, if Cicada can replace the cold particles with the cure prototypes she stole from Cisco..."

"Which you didn't destroy, why?" Damian questions Cisco.

"Hush, child."

"It's a valid question. You had the correct cure; there was no reason to keep the failed prototypes."

"I kept...you know I don't need to defend myself against..."

"No, you'll just have to defend yourself against the whole public for screwing up!" Damian snaps.

"This is not the time to be placing blame." I snap, getting Damian to back off.

"What's the damage?" Iris asks.

"She could infect the entire city." I confirm for her.

"And every meta-human in it." We look around the room, and we just see our family being wiped out before our eyes.

"Not great, but this dark cloud does have a silver lining." Sherloque speaks up.

"Oh, please tell me what that is because I just see it as everyone dying!" Damian yells.

"The silver lining is if Cicada had everything that she needs to carry out her plan... she would've already done so." Sherloque explains.

"He's right." Ralph agrees. "She must be missing something, or else we'd be done."

"Well, let's not give her time to find it." I suggest.

"Anna's right. She's out there looking for it now."

"And in the meantime, we get the cure to everyone who needs it as soon as possible." Iris suggests.

"So we just up and release some game-changing wonder drug?" Ralph asks.

"We tested it." Barry reminds him. "We know it works."

"People just need the choice now more than ever." I add.

"Do we have enough of the cure?" Barry asks Cisco. Caitlin shakes her head at Cisco.

"Not nearly enough." Cisco answers.

"Caitlin, how fast can you make more?" Nora asks.

"Guess we'll find out." Caitlin heads back to her lab to get to work.

"Okay, okay, good. Now we just need to find someplace to distribute it." Cecile chimes in.

"What about CCPD?" Joe suggests. "It's public. Everybody feels safe going there."

"That would just be like gathering animals up for slaughter." Damian says.

"Cicada has the virus and the atomizer. That makes every meta everywhere a target." Iris reminds us.

"Well, how about this? You guys make as much of the cure as you can, and Cecile and I will talk to Singh." Joe tells us.

"That sounds wonderful, Joe."
