Big surprises are about to come in the next couple of chapters. Can't wait to share it.
3rd Person's P.O.V.
"I got your text. What is it now?" Cisco is on the defense with Barry after hearing his best friend is going to die in six weeks.
"I know you're upset about this Crisis. And I've been thinking about it, and you're right. We can do more than prepare for a fight. You can save a life." Barry explains to his friend. Cisco smiles.
"I knew you'd come around." Cisco points at Barry.
"No, Cisco not..." Cisco's smile fades. "It's not mine. We're gonna save Ramsey Rosso."
"Here's the thing. We've done some insane things at S.T.A.R. Labs over the last few years, but during a rare blood cancer, that is beyond our resources." Cisco states.
"So we just shouldn't try?"
"So we try and somehow succeed, are we supposed to spend the rest of your time here trying to save everyone who's been diagnosed with cancer?" Cisco argues.
"We start with one man." Barry throws back at Cisco. He stands up to face his friend. "Look, you heard what Caitlin said about Ramsey. He's one of the most brilliant doctors on the planet. I need you to back me on this. You'll understand soon enough." Cisco won't look at Barry. "Look, I...what would it take to cure H.L.H.?"
"Honestly...an act of God." Cisco answers.
"Or..." Nash chimes in as he's struggling to climb in through the window. He hops over the balcony surprising Barry and Cisco. "An act of science. And I know just where to find one."
"I'm assuming this is the Wells that you were telling me about." Barry says to Cisco as he approaches Nash.
"Yep. Nash Wells." Nash introduces himself. "Multiversal explorer and provider of scientific miracles. You, I'm guessing, are Barry Allen, The Flash."
"How did he...how did you..." Barry asks, confused.
"Hidden surveillance device." Nash answers.
"You bugged S.T.A.R. Labs?" Cisco questions.
"No, no, not exactly I...I bugged you." Nash points at Cisco.
"No, you didn't." Cisco argues, which makes Nash laugh.
"Yeah, I did." Cisco looks to find this so-called bug. "Fellas, I've been listening to your conversations, and I have a proposition." Nash brings the attention back to him. "Now I need an anti-vibrational crypto-circuit to complete my work on this Earth. You need help with your mission, right?" Cisco is now checking his shoes. "Well, you build me my circuit cause I know you have the capacity, and I will lead you to something priceless that will surely help your mission." Nash suggests.
