Game Training

NEWT POV: 

All the zombies were training for the games. I know that as a human I'm weaker then them. So I decided to practice in other areas. I know I won't win the game anyway. The games could be anything. So I'll just stay out of the way and let them fight it out. I was working on potions and making tools. I even tried shooting a bow and arrow. I suck but Marcus seems to think I have talent there. I don't see it. I was currently working on making a fire. "Hey" said Thomas. "Hey Tommy" I said. "What are you doing" asked Thomas as he sat next to me. "I'm started a fire so I can cook food in the games. Assuming there is no stove anywhere" I said. Thomas looked up. "Look" said Thomas. I looked around the room. I could feel all the teams watching us. "What do you know about them" I asked. "Well, the two from district 8 are really close. They only trust each other. They won their game but having the robots blown to pieces" said Thomas. "I saw Gally with the girl from his district. 

Thomas looked where I was looking. "That is Gally and Rachel from district 46. Oklahoma is one of the more poor states but they still win the games. I guess the poor states have better surviving in the woods skills. Gally won his game buy teaming with others and then leading the ones left into a ambush. That year Gally was with a 12 year old name Dallas. He was very protect of her. I'm not sure if he will be protect of Rachel. She is pretty tough and can handle herself" said Thomas. He went on to explain all 49 states. "What about Florida" I asked. "Florida doesn't participate in the games. No one knows why. So there is only 49 states in the games" said Thomas. "What do you think the game will be this year" I asked. "No idea. But whatever it is we will be okay. If you see any of the other tributes just run the other way" said Thomas. "Got it, but I shouldn't even be in the games. They said I wouldn't be in the list of names" I said. "Well they lied clearly" said Thomas. I went back to the fire I was making. 

Thomas and I sticked with the simple training. Later we were called to be tested. They had to run every test possible for all diseases and medical conditions. Even the black plague. I was taken to be tested. We were tested one at a time. The results should come at one in the morning. Meaning I will be asleep. The testing is so they know what medications we need in the bags. Every player gets their own bag with their name and state. You can't take anyone's bag or you are out of the games and your state is shunned for cheating. You can help someone find their bag and give it to them but you can't steal it. Especially if they have something like uh a inhaler. I know zombies don't breath but it's a example. You don't know what is in other people's bags so they could have something that they need to stay alive. Like insulin. If you do have medication of any kind then when you get low on it the creators will sent it up and place it at the center of the board so you can get more. The next day when the test were in I was told I have type 1 diabetes and they explained how this will work in the games.
