Halloween Elf part 5

NEWT POV:

The good news is mer people eat the same as elfs. So I can eat the stuff off the menu. 

"So, tell us about yourself Newt" said Thomas. 

"Well" I started. 

"Do you want to take the hat off? You might get hot" said Brenda. 

"NO" I yelled as I put my hands on my head. 

Everyone was confused. 

"I uh, have head lice" I said. 

Please let that be a thing in the monster town. I know humans get it. I have read letters where kids will ask for stuff to get rid of head lice. Along with cancer and other stuff. 

"I didn't know mermen can get head lice" said Teresa. 

"Ya, but he just has to swim in salt water. I heard it kills head lice" said Minho. 

"I'll just keep the hat on for now" I said. 

Thomas held my hand. He looked at it confused. 

"What" I asked. 

"The mold isn't growing" said Thomas. 

"Maybe it doesn't work for head lice" said Brenda. 

"Oh, I guess since it's not a illness" said Thomas. 

I looked at the menu. It was mostly sea food. Apparently they sell crab penis soup. I'll just stick with fish for today. I was grabbed and taken away. 

"Gally what are you doing" asked Thomas. 

"I just want to talk with our new friend" said Gally as dragged me away. 

I was dragged into the bathroom. Gally let go of me and crossed his arms. 

"What are you doing here" asked Gally. 

"What" I asked. 

Gally took my hat off. 

"Thanks to you I just wasted a whole hour of my life" said Gally. 

"I'm sorry, but I had to leave. I didn't belong there. You don't know what it's like to be a elf and not like Christmas as much as the others. I love Halloween and I feel better here" I said. 

Gally said nothing. He signed and put his hands down. 

"Probably similar to being a cupid who feels the same way" said Gally. 

I was a little confused. 

"Truth is I was born a cupid but moved here. There is a legal process to move here which you should of done" said Gally. 

"But I don't know if they will let me. Plus you have to be a monster to live here" I said. 

"Newt they will, after fixing the whole being missing issue. You aren't the first holiday being to default. In this case they do a bunch of test to make sure it's a default. If it is they will let you come here but you get to choose what kind of monster to become" said Gally. 

"Oh, but later. They said something about Thomas being my soulmate" I said. 

"In that case I should probably tell you about the blue waffles" said Gally. 

He explained that Thomas and I have to have sex at least twice a week or Thomas will get a bad infection and his dick and balls will fall off. I am nervous about that. I love Thomas but we just met today. I, just want some time to get to know him and not rush things. 

"Anyway let's get back before the others get worried" said Gally. 

We left the bathroom. I stumbled back a few steps but caught myself. That was weird. I felt a little light headed. That was weird. I have never felt sick before. And the air here isn't toxic or anything. It's probably nothing. I went back to the table and we sat down. We ordered our food and started eating. I started to sweat like crazy.
