After dinner, Jaemin dragged his feet upstairs. Despite having energy in his body, the young vampire felt exhausted as hell. He ran a hand through his soft hair that felt just like silk in his palm, right before the elevator stopped and the doors opened. He stepped outside and took the right corridor, slowly making his way to his shared room with Jeno. For some reason, the conversation he had with Renjun earlier came back. It wasn't his fault Renjun became weaker, because that day when he decided to break up with him, Jaemin told the brunette what will happen. 

"I gave him my blood and look how he thanks me." Jaemin sighed while whispering to himself. He was annoyed, because despite knowing the rules, he helped one weak half-breed become a Death Angel. "Also, what's so special about Jeno that he wants?" As he asked himself that, he pressed onto the doorknob and opened the door, revealing his roommate laying in his bed, with the covers hiding his whole body except of his face and hands, that were holding a really old book he knew too well. His first instinct was to rush at his shelf and when he spotted the same book on it, he sighed in relief. "Where did you get that from?" Jaemin asked and pointed at the book Jeno stopped reading. 

"Hello to you as well." The brunette showed a smile before pushing the covers away and crossing his legs. "I found this book in the library. It seemed really interesting, that's why I borrowed it." Jeno stopped and frowned. "Why do you ask? Did you read it perhaps?" 

If he read it? Jaemin wanted to laugh, but instead, he decided to act a bit. A smirk formed his lips while he took the same book he had on that empty shelf. The young vampire proceeded to show it to Jeno, whose eyes widened a bit. 

"Let's just say, I like fantasy a bit too much." Jaemin lied and dropped himself on the mattress. If only that mortal knew that what he was holding was something really precious for vampires. But of course, if he ever found out, Jaemin might have to kill him just like he did with Yeri when she found out. It was always the same, one stupid human decided to wander the back of the library where those books were kept. They were always the same, picking up one, then reading the whole bunch, then having fantasies that vampires really existed, which they did, but people didn't need to know yet. Still, if Jeno only read that one, then he should be safe. "Do you like it so far?" The raven haired male decided to ask, so he won't seem suspicious. 

"It's pretty interesting." Jeno admitted while his eyes wandered the surface of the old book that had its title written with gold. "The author has a really nice imagination." 

His statement made Jaemin chuckle. "Yeah, he does." He mumbled while his eyes followed each movement his roommate did. "I was mesmerized by his ideas as well." 

Sad, the young vampire thought. It was sad, because Yeri read the same book and her whole life changed with it. Well, if he had to be honest, Jaemin wouldn't be that sad if he had to kill Jeno the moment he would find out about them, because his blood did seem sweet. Still, it was a very unknown reason to him the fact that Renjun seemed to be craving his blood. There were so many humans in their school, yet something about Jeno's blood seemed to tempt the Death Angel a bit too much. But who said Jaemin would let him have the mortal, because from the way Jeno seemed to enjoy his new book, the vampire realized he could have some fun for a few months. 

"You know, there is a whole section in the library. It has all kind of books about vampires. I even saw few about werewolves and witches. Pretty interesting if I had to say." Jaemin showed a charming smile and blinked with innocence. If he wanted to play this game, he had to act like that nerd who was obsessed with the supernatural.     

"You know..." Jeno started. "I don't want to sound rude or anything since I don't know you well, but you're really different in class. You seem so unapproachable."
