"Since you became the king it's hard getting to talk to you." Mark joked the moment Jeno and Renjun entered the library his parents died in days ago. The floor was clean now, with no spot of blood on it. You could even think that nothing happened there. The vampire hunter was sitting on a loveseat with Chenle. Donghyuck was sitting on a chair, across from the two. He waved his hand softly in the air and gave Jeno a smirk.

"I'm not the king yet." The prince replied but smiled in return. He sat down on the chair next to Donghyuck's while Renjun took the seat in his right. "I'm sorry I wasn't able to meet with you two. What happened at the school?"

"Miss Kim found out about you three." Mark pointed from Donghyuck, to him and Renjun. "Jaemin told her you were enemies. I don't know what was with him that day, but he wasn't himself. He also knew Jaehyun was with us and he told us to run. He asked your friend to come for us. I hope he's alive."

Jeno frowned. He clenched his fists. That vampire hunter was under his protection so if he died somehow, he was going to be at fault for not protecting him. But at least those two were safe so it was something as well.

"Anything else?" He asked the blonde young man.

"Jaemin left most probably home." Chenle was the one who replied this time. He sighed heavily and ran a hand through his black hair. "Have you heard from him?" He asked the vampire, but Jeno just shook his head instead. He wanted to call him, but something held him back for some reason. If he called him, he would show that he was concerned and he couldn't do that. They were enemies after all. It was enough he became soft with him at school, for that short period of time. He should stop being nice with him.

"My plan was to use Jaemin in order to get rid of Miss Kim." The prince explained and looked from Mark to Chenle. "If she looked useless in front of her queen, she might be killed soon. That would happen only if she didn't find out the truth. If she did, well, I'll guess I'll have to kill her myself." Jeno glanced at Renjun. The blonde haired vampire met his eyes for a couple of seconds before he looked away and sighed. "Do you have a better idea?" The prince raised his voice when he saw how he rolled his eyes.

"Did I say something?" Renjun hissed back and pierced the chair with his claws. The fact that his eyes went golden not red made the two vampire hunters widen their eyes and flinch. "You should stop being an asshole before I actually leave this place." His eyes shone for a bit in a silver tone before he looked away and leaned in the chair. He did not apologize to the vampire hunters for startling them at all, but he did hide his claws and calmed down.

Jeno didn't say anything. He just kept on looking at Renjun from his place. Was he really serious with the leaving thing? And why was he suddenly concerned? Why did he suddenly feel like caring if the vampire left him or not?

"As I was saying..." Jeno looked away, back to the three. "In case she found out, we'll need a new plan. I don't want to hurt innocents, just so you know. I just want justice."

Renjun suddenly chuckled and when the prince glared at him, he was surprised to see him amused. The blonde haired vampire was resting his head in his palm and was looking at him with amusement.

"What's so funny?" Jeno hissed and clenched his fists.

"I don't know, maybe the fact that you want justice after killing you own parents?"

"You did what?" Mark stood up in shock. His eyes were looking from Renjun to Jeno. "He said it was the enemy!" The vampire hunter pointed at Donghyuck, who just shrugged his shoulders. The prince understood him; he did nothing wrong after all. "Jeno..."

"You don't know everything." The vampire sighed and ruffled his hair in frustration. "I had my reasons okay? If you need a full story I would need to talk for two days straight with no breaks." He decided that showing him a part of what happened would be better. Maybe like this, he would understand.
