Jeno sighed before he pulled the sleeve of his shirt up, revealing his pale arm. He glanced in his right and chuckled when he saw how tempted Renjun looked. His eyes were bigger than usual and his lips were a bit parted.

"Just don't let it go to your head and if you ever think of betraying me you're dead." Jeno hissed at him and allowed his eyes to turn silver. They were at the back of the school, where almost no one came, so no one could see them. The vampire also made sure not to go right where the window from his shared room with Jaemin was, because he knew how much his roommate liked staying by the window to watch the forest. Leaning by the cold surface of the wall behind, Jeno looked back at Renjun. His eyes were glued on his skin, the taller realized, while they turned red. "Are you even listening to me?" He snapped his fingers right before him, making Renjun flinch.

"What did you say?" The short vampire blinked with innocence. Jeno couldn't help but stare at him in shock. Did he forget who he was? "What?"

"How bad is your condition?" The brunette ask, with actual concern, because from the way that so called Death Angel looked and acted around blood, made him understand he had some problems. "A Death Angel shouldn't act like this in the first place. They don't need blood from another vampire." Renjun hesitated a bit, unsure if he could trust a vampire from another dynasty with this. Jeno already knew what he was thinking, it was visible all over his face. "Well?" He asked after those few moments of silence.

"I-I..." Renjun glanced at him before he leaned by the cold wall as well. "I was turned into a Death Angel by someone." The brown haired male looked away from him, at the trees in front of them. There was no movement of a flower flying in the air because of the soft wind, or a bird that was singing its soft song. It was quiet, as if the whole world stopped. "I'm a half breed in reality." Renjun mumbled and wiped away a tear.

"Then why do you need the blood of a Silver Demon?" The brunette felt really curious all of a sudden despite already knowing who might be that someone who gave him blood. But what made him more curios was what happened between those two that Jaemin decided to leave this vampire to die slowly.

"Because...." Renjun stopped immediately. "I can't tell you. You're manipulating me right now. I can feel it." His response made Jeno flinch. He frowned in confusion, because that's not what he was doing in that moment. He wanted to understand the situation better and that was all. He was also curious, but that was understandable.

"I'm not doing anything." Jeno chuckled and ran a hand through his hair. "Stop jumping to conclusions. If you don't want my blood then it's fine with me. I'll just kill you instead so you won't suffer another few months when you reach your last day." Sighing heavily, Jeno pushed himself away from the wall and was about to walk away when a weak hand stopped him. "You still want it?" He asked, without looking behind at Renjun. "Fine."

He turned around a bit before he looked around to make sure no one could see them from any window. When he was sure they were safe, Jeno tilted his head towards his arm. Renjun gulped before softly wrapping his hand around his arm.

"This should give you enough strength for a few weeks." Jeno explained before Renjun nodded and brought his lips to his skin. The sudden touch made Jeno flinch, since he wasn't used to it. The tall vampire watched as Renjun showed his sharp teeth that made their way through his skin. Jeno couldn't say it hurt, because the pain was kind of okay, but since he never gave any vampire blood it was a bit weird. While he was drinking his pure blood, Renjun seemed to look better by each second that passed. He was finished after a whole minute, and when he let go of Jeno's arm and looked up, the taller realized he looked like a new person.

The short vampire didn't look weak anymore. He went from that skinny and small looking boy, to a vampire that actually seemed powerful and attractive. His eyes were red while his sharp teeth were seeable because of a happy smile that was forming his lips. Even his hair changed a bit, having some platinum blonde streaks at the back.

"How are you feeling?" Jeno decided to ask after he was done admiring him.

"Like a new person." Renjun chuckled and met his eyes. "Thank you."

"Just don't forget our promise." The brunette replied coldly before approaching him. His eyes landed on Renjun's lips and with a finger, he wiped away some blood from them. "See you around." Jeno mumbled before patting his shoulder an walking away, leaving Renjun speechless.

A smirk formed his lips while his eyes drifted away from the trees, to his arm. He touched the spot from where Renjun bit him earlier. It was red, but the blood stopped, sign he was already healing. Taking the right turn, Jeno pulled the sleeve down, so it won't be seeable that his arm was filled with red blood. If Jaemin was the person that once gave Renjun blood, then that meant only one thing. He had a bond already, but the prince decided to break it and leave Renjun to die like an animal. That meant that if he got on Renjun's good side by giving him blood regularly, he might have a chance of making one vampire from the other dynasty his and if Renjun became his, then he could use him against Jaemin.

Still, he had no proof that it was Jaemin yet, so he still had to investigate. Maybe making Renjun weak for him would help, he thought while he ran a hand through his brown hair. Because he was found by the others as a vampire, Jeno had to attend afternoon classes from now on. It kind of annoyed him, but at least he could know who was a vampire in that filthy school.

Walking past the entrance of the dorm building, Jeno made his way through the gates, back in the main yard. He spotted the old style looking building from afar, and three students somewhere far away, exiting the forest that surround the place. He frowned. Where they gone to hunt or something, because killing a mortal in that school would be risky as hell.

As  he approached the building, Jeno recognized Jisung as one of the three boys. The tall vampire widened his eyes a bit when he spotted him, but Jeno just showed a smirk.

"Don't worry, there are no mortals around." The brunette said as he walked past him and his two other friends. Jeno didn't need to see their reactions to know they were shocked, because they all thought the new students would be a human as well.

It kind of gave Jeno pleasure and also hope that he might get his revenge on that filthy dynasty that destroyed his. They had to pay after all, so he promised himself to make them pay in the worst way possible.
