"Will he really help him?" Jaemin suddenly felt a wave of panic hitting him. He didn't want to see Renjun die and if he was going to kill the queen alone, then he should start preparing for the worse. "Jeno, we can't let him." 

The brunette glanced from Jungwoo back to him. Jaemin noticed in his dark eyes that he wasn't sure what he should do at all, because they were also going to try kill that vampire. But the raven haired prince wasn't going to wait too much for a decision. Even if Renjun stabbed him and all, he couldn't give up on him just like that. 

"What do you say we do?" Jungwoo was the one who asked after minutes of silence. He was asking Jaemin, maybe in a sarcastic way or maybe because he was curious and also confused. 

"I-" The prince started before ruffling his hair in frustration. "We go with the original plan and let him do his own thing. We let Donghyuck help him." His dark eyes met Jeno's silver ones. The prince nodded only as he cracked his knuckles. "I will be killed in front of her and we kill her after that." 

"That's the only option we have after all." Another voice Jaemin recognized quickly, spoke from behind. The three vampire looked at the newcomers and saw the two vampire hunters, Chenle and Mark, followed by Jieun, climbing up the stairs. It was Chenle who spoke. "I thought about it along with Mark and we managed to ask Jaehyun to enter their territory. Maybe he can see what's going on with Sungchan since he's also at the castle, right?" 

Jaemin nodded. It was his so called friend who worked with his mom after all. If Sungchan wouldn't have told her anything, nothing would have happened. He wouldn't have got stabbed, Renjun might have got a chance to realize he didn't need to kill a royal to be happy and maybe, he might have had a change to make his mom understand. But maybe, if this didn't happen, he wouldn't have found out that his mom was the one who cursed their dad and she was also the one that wanted the other dynasty gone; but that meant Jeno's plan of killing her being harder. Like this, he was going to kill her easily, well, that was what Jaemin hoped for. 

"He's alive?" Jeno asked with concern. 

"He got hurt a bit, but he's alive." Mark told him. "He called us last night and told us that Taeil sent men after him, but he managed to hide." 

"We should kill that bastard first." Jaemin suggested, getting all the attention upon himself. Their stares made him shrug his shoulders. "It's obvious he still works with Miss Kim. She's alive as well because of Sungchan. If he wouldn't have told my mom everything that happened at school, the we wouldn't be in this situation. Both Taeil and Miss Kim need to be out of the picture no matter what."   

While Mark crossed his arms across his chest, Chenle ruffled his black hair and Jungwoo frowned. Jeno was looking at the lake, his eyes reflecting the sparkling water and when the same evil smirk he had on his lips when they met was plastered on his face, the raven haired knew he already planned everything. 

"We go to school." Jeno told everyone. "We go to school, kill Taeil then come back here." 

His cousin was the only one who scoffed and rolled his eyes. 

"Do you have a better idea?" Jeno glared at him, making Jungwoo stop to a chuckle. 

"It's stupid to put everyone here in danger for a teacher. Two of us could go while the others plan their way to Jaemin's house. In case something happens, we call each other. There is no point in going there for one man." 

They all stood quiet for a few moments. 

"They know our faces." Chenle pointed from him, to Mark, then to Jeno and Jaemin. "They also know yours, since you went there as a detective." He told Jungwoo who nodded. "Jieun is the only one whose face isn't known." His dark eyes landed on the girl.
