•Chapter 44•

*Emily's POV*
Matt left and I cried myself to sleep. When I woke up in the morning I got ready and left a little too early. I Waited at the bus stop for 20 minutes. Then Matt showed up. "Hey cutie, You ok?" He said bringing me in for a hug. "Yeah I'm fine, I just missed you last night" I said hugging him tighter. Then the bus came and we boarded. Once again James was not their. "So when are the boys coming?" I asked Matt. "Tonight around 6:00" he responded. We got off the bus and walked into school. "Still going strong, huh?" I turned around and saw Amanda. "Actually yes, I am" I responded staring dead straight into her eyes. "Well you won't be" she said walking past me. I didn't know what she meant, but I didn't care. Then the first period bell rang. The day flew by. No problems with Amanda, or with anyone for that matter. "What up" said Matt as he sat beside me on the bus. "Nothing much" I responded. "So do you want my mom to pick you up at 5:45 so we can go to the airport?" I looked at my phone. It was 2:30 now so I had plenty of time to get freshened up. "Sure I responded" "Oh so how did your drivers test go?" Asked Matt. "Oh yeah, I didn't go to it" I said as we walked off the bus. "Oh" he responded. Then we said goodbye and went our separate ways. I got to my house and fixed my hair and makeup then changed into normal cloths. I went downstairs and got a snack. It's now 3:45.
*Skip to 5:45*
Matt's Mom pulled up to the house and I got in the car. We drove to the airport and waited at the gate the guys were coming out of. Then we saw them. I greeted each Jack with a hug. Then Nash, Cameron, Carter, and Aaron appeared and I did the same. Then I saw Taylor. I froze. My arms got goosebumps. I forgot to tell Matt about Taylor and I. "Matt" I said pulling him to the side so I could talk to him in private. "What's up" he said smiling at me. "I forgot to tell you something important" I said. "What?" his smile faded. "It's about me and Taylor" I said. He looked over at Taylor and back at me "What happened?" I looked at my hands that were now shaking. "When I lost my memory, I kissed him" I said looking back to Matt. He just stared at the ground not saying a word. "Oh....." He finally said. Then I saw a tear fall from his face. I touched his shoulder and that sorrow turned into pure anger. He pushed away and walked over to Taylor. "Hey" said Taylor to Matt. "Oh hey" said Matt. "So um I heard you kissed my girlfriend" said Matt. "Correction" butted in Taylor "She kissed me" Matt looked over at me then back at Taylor. Then Matt pulled his arm back and socked Taylor right in the face. "She lost her memory you douche" said Matt as he pushed Taylor to the ground. Then he walked back to me and said "I hope you're happy" and stormed off. My body went numb. I never wanted to hurt Matt. And I never wanted him to hurt me in return. I started to cry.... In the middle of an airport. The rest of the guys looked kind of lost. I just kept crying and crying. Then I stumbled backwards and someone caught me. "Matt?"
