As if she's been shot by a tranquilizer, Hana's mind was dull and fuzzy while her entire body was heavy making it difficult for her to lift herself up. The feeling was similar to coming back to sense after a long slumber, everything before her eyes was twirling giving her a distorted view of where she was, however, she managed to perceive that nothing but white walls surrounded her.
"What the fuck?" She gasped in confusion and began to forage the enclosed space that looked like a room in search of any exit but to no luck.
"Where am I?" She was hundred percent sure that she was not dreaming and the pain in her head was a confirmation of that fact. Yet she could not bring herself to recall how she ended up there.
Her line of memory trailed off from the part where she was holding a child and performing the forbidden magic after the defense shield breached. Following that event, she blanked out so she had no recollection of what happened.
For hours she tried to find the way out, screamed, and cursed but not a single soul responded back to her as if she was locked away in a place where the dangerous mental patients were kept.
As time went by Hana grew more and more anxious. She was running out of patience and the dark thoughts that were gradually invading her mind hiked up her concerns regarding her friend. When she thought she was about to lose her mind, a voice that sounded like originating from a recorder spoke to her at last.
"Miss Yun Hana, Do you know why you are here?" Hana moved her eyes all over the place but couldn't find the source of the sound.
"Miss Yun, Do you know why you are here?" the voice repeated itself but this time gruffer in its tone.
"Certainly not, would you care to enlighten me?" Hana spatted sarcastically and for a moment the voice went off as if to discuss something.
"Miss Yun, What is the last thing you remember?" The voice continued inquiring.
Letting out a deep sigh Hana decided to cooperate with them after all she had no choice. She had already searched every corner of the room and couldn't find any clue as to where she was leaving her with no option but to play along.
"I was helping Medical officers treating the casualties of the disaster" Her answer was brief as she didn't feel like giving out the details. Moreover, she didn't trust them.
"Anything else that you remember?" the voice continued.
"There was a breach in the defense shield after that I don't know" she carefully left out the part where she used forbidden magic but suspected it was the reason why she was there.
Hana waited for the voice to explain the situation to her but it didn't. It went off as if the source disappeared, compelling Hana to question them about her whereabouts.
"Where am I? Most importantly, how did I get here?" In contrast to her reckoning, they answered her questions without any hesitation.
"Miss Yun, you were brought here by the Ministry of Council in an unconscious state after the disaster caused by the Vessel of Levenor. You have been charged with multiple accounts of felonies including inciting the disaster that happened on the 26th of march which resulted in the death of Prince Eramos of the east werewolves kingdom, four Elite Military officers, and three students. Out of seven injured students, two are in critical condition. Also, we suspect your involvement with the terrorist group Akumano Shuhaisha"
