The beat of the still heart[Completed]

18: Born a princess, raised to be a queen.

"Your Royal Highness" Hana elegantly bowed down to the crown prince of Carabian who was vividly stunned by the beauty a mortal possessed.

"Wow...." Sehun blurted out gawking at Hana with twinkling eyes boosting her confidence. Hana gave him a smug smile and flipped her hair softly when the crown prince actually completed his sentences "...the things makeup can do"

His words crashed a huge brick on top of her ego as she flared her nose glaring at the prince with narrowed eyes. Hana's reaction made Sehun titter on his own. In an instant,  she had transformed into an adorable girl who had her cheeks puffed up in annoyance

"By the way, how do I look?" Sehun arched his eyebrows inquiring about her opinion on his looks. For the occasion, He had gone for a mixed style by wearing striped dark grey pants and a matching vest and paired them up with a black suit, black tie, and a white shirt.

Sehun was sure that Hana would bash him in order to get revenge for the comment he made regarding her appearance, instead, Hana surprised Sehun with her humbleness by praising him for his stunning visuals.

"You look absolutely gorgeous, there is no doubt in that," Unknown to the prince, a deep tint had graced his cheek as the girl had managed to fluster him up.

Clearing his throat Sehun handed the bouquet to Hana to release himself from the awkwardness and confessed his true opinion about her " You are pretty without makeup too but today you look exceptionally stunning"

"Well, I had to look worthy of being beside you, your highness" Hana was quick to respond to the prince as she took the flowers and then gave him a teasing smile.

Maybe because he knew she saw him past his title and crown or because he found her genuine nevertheless, hearing some nice words coming out of her mouth was oddly satisfying for him.

"Shall we?" Sehun gestured by hooking their arms together and they were escorted by his bodyguards to their destination.

"Get ready, Students from the Media department will be waiting for us" Sehun gave Hana a heads up when they entered a hall that was exclusive for the students from the journalism and media department to interview and capture a few moments with the students from Royals.

"Wow they are actually gaining real experience and skills for their career through this," Hana whispered into Sehun's ear as they stood in front of the flashing lights and camera. She was realizing why millions of students wanted to attend Voclaunore. After all, the university itself was like a treasure with so many opportunities.

"It's our pleasure to have you here Your highness. Won't you introduce your date for tonight's event?" A student at a safe threw the question at Sehun.

One striking difference between real media and the media inside the Voclaunore was that they were very calm and poised. Not that they weren't excited to get a glimpse of the royals and interview them but they were trained to behave in a way that would not offend the future kings and queens.
