Vessel 

Ancient demons/beasts known as Thriros are sealed inside a vessel and the vessel is none other than someone who is cable of holding the power inside them. Only someone who matched the element of the ancient beast and has the capability to contain its energy inside them would be bestowed with their power.

However, being a vessel is seen as a death sentence because the immense power of Thirios sometimes could go uncontrolled not only killing the people around but also the Vessel itself.

Therefore, a person chosen as a vessel has to go through vigorous training to learn to contain the ancient magic and preferably live an isolated and lonely life.

But due to the disaster that had occurred a few decades ago that took the lives of the King and queen of death valley, King Mijaki, and Queen Lilly, the general public began seeing the vessel as a threat to the existence of every living creature.

Uchiha Jimin, an orphan adopted by the Uchiha family was the first publicly known Vessel that had the greatest control over the Thirios he possessed hence the only vessel that is allowed to roam around in public, whereas other vessels need special permission as well as protection when let out in the public.

A vessel can harness the power inside of them and use them as well. They can throw blast powerful energy known as Imari which can be strong enough to even wipe off an entire town in a blink. When a vessel goes on a rampage and loses its control it is called a disaster and Thirios are considered to be children of goddess Azalea.

Once seen as protectors sent by goddesses are now viewed as threats because only the emperor Uchiha Sasuke could truly control them.
