With his head hung low, Daniel was sitting before Hana who was scrutinizing him with arched eyebrows waiting for him to explain himself.

"I really thought that he was after you for your blood," Daniel murmured softly trying to convince Hana that everything he had said to her about the crown prince was one way or another the truth.

"...and he doesn't have the right to bully me and trust me everything I said about his family is the truth as well." Daniel lifted his head and showed his puppy eyes but Hana remained stern.

"Daniel, are you forgetting who he is? If he wants he could have executed both of us and nobody would question his verdict and yet despite everything I had said to him, he was kind enough to pardon me" It wasn't the first time Daniel tried to prevent Hana from getting closer to somebody else. For Daniel, Male or female, it simply didn't matter. He just couldn't bear anyone else taking Hana's attention away from him. He already had to share her with Jassabella so even the possibility that the Uchiha prince could sweep her away brought immense fear within him.

Hearing Hana defending Jungkook, a look of irritation spread across his face. He had no clue how Jungkook had managed to gain her trust back but he knew the prince better.

King of arrogance, he was well known for treating people below him like a pest. The Crown prince of Carabian and the crown prince of death valley were no different from each other hence they were best friends.

"Wow, you are acting as if you have known him for ages." Daniel scoffed in bitterness.

"Daniel? Seriously?" Hana had to stop herself from rolling her eyes at his childishness.

"I don't know him for long but I do know you enough to understand what you are trying to pull off here, and trust me when I say this. This isn't going to end well. You tried to manipulate me and I am taking it as a great offense. Don't disrespect our bond by behaving in such a way please" Hana attempted to be as calm as possible to explain to him Daniel that his actions weren't noble but Daniel was too stubborn to accept his mistake.

"Just because he brewed a few kind words, you are on his side now. That prince is known for being a tyrant. I can assure you that you will see his true nature soon and then it will be my turn to say ' I told you so' " Daniel snapped at her and walked out of the apartment ending their argument with a door slam.

Hana let out a bothered sigh and shook her head in defeat. There was truly no way to explain to the headstrong boy that he was wrong, making her wonder why all the royal princes and princesses were such intolerant brats.

"Let him be, he will come around" Jassabella spoke in a convincing tone giving Hana a pat on her back.

"He is simply very protective of you and to be honest, even I had a bad feeling about this prince before" Jassabella confessed as Hana walked up to her and slumped down on the couch beside her.

"Still that doesn't give him the right to try and manipulate me, I can decide for myself who I want to be friends with and whom I don't," Hana mentioned to which Jassabella agreed.

Though Daniel wanted good for her, his methods were always so twisted and his habit had to change someday.

"Let it be, we have more important stuff to focus on" Jassabella reminded and Hana let out another sigh feeling a bit dejected.

"I have been invited by Jungkook for lunch today, he had asked me to bring you and Daniel as well but I don't think Daniel will be coming. What if they will take this as an offense and Daniel will get into trouble" Hana shared her concern, perceiving rejection of a royal invitation could be taken as disrespect to the royal family.

"No worries, We can say he is a bit sick, and if the prince truly wants to be your friend then he will learn how to accept your friends as well" Jassabella pointed out making Hana feel better.

"What would I do without you?" Hana pouted at her best friend who immediately gave her a side hug.

"You simply wouldn't exist," the other said with a smug smile and Hana started to giggle accepting her word as the universal truth.
