Hana opened the door to her new student apartment and she was left speechless. The floor was highly polished wood, dark and free of either dust or clutter, the walls were smoother than the glass itself and painted in cream color.
The apartment was bigger than her own house back in Venesia.
As she scanned her eyes all over the place, she was mentally imagining the furniture she would like to buy and how she would eventually decorate her new home. After all, she would be spending years there so giving some effort would be worth it but suddenly her poor financial status reminded her to think about the rent first.
"I see you are liking this apartment a lot," Jassabella said, reading her expression.
"Like? I love it but isn't it a bit expensive? Do you think we should take a room in the normal student dorm?" Hana suggested knowing they could always go for cheaper options.
In Voclaunore, there were three types of student dormitories which ultimately had become a way of categorizing the students themselves.
Cresent was the dorm for the normal students like her. The dorms were still of a very high standard since Voclaunore was built by the three royal families for their progenies and had all facilities such as a gym, cafes, and swimming pool inside the dorm for students to share.
Elite was another building, usually occupied by the students from aristocrats, and was personalized with swimming pools, gyms, and theaters plus everything that would require for its residents to have a lavish lifestyle. It was also the building where Hana and Jassabella had rented an apartment for themselves.
Lastly was Palace and as its name suggested the dorm was exclusive for the student related to royal families and was designed to give its residents a homely environment. That ultimately means two words: "Magnificent" and "Luxurious"
