2: Best Friends

Hana's mind was stuck at the moment when she first saw the mesmerizing eyes which contained entire stars of the galaxy in them. His visual took her breath away and left her pondering what the prince would look like in real life.

Ever since she was a little girl, she had always heard stories about an Uchiha's eyes. Blessed with beautiful and captivating eyes and yet, the beauty they possessed was incomparable to the power they held. 

Considered to be descendants of The Emperor, The Man who unified the seven realms, Uchiha's contained the eye of the god and were believed to be a holy bloodline.

"Why are these Uchiha people so beautiful?" She blurted out when her best friend gave her a little smirk picking up that the youngest Uchiha prince had managed to take her friend's interest.

"I see, You found him attractive" Jassabella wiggled her eyebrows as Hana was opening the door to their apartment when somebody spoke from behind startling both of them.

"Who is found whom attractive?"

"Fuck! Daniel" they both scream at once, their heart stomping in shock due to his sudden appearance.

"Hello," He gave them a sheepish smile as he showed them the alcohol and snacks he was carrying with him.

"What are you doing here in Elite? Shouldn't you be in your Palace" Hana teased him by opening the door to their apartment and letting all of them enter.

"Palace is very boring. Everyone acts as if they are in a reality show with the camera pointed at them 24 /7. No one is normal. Heck, even teachers are creepy. Can you believe they called me Lord Salvaster? I felt like I was back in my home and trust me it's not a good feeling. There is a reason why I fled that place to live with my Uncle in Venesia" he complained putting down the drinks and snacks on the floor where they had made themselves comfortable.

They both were aware of how much Daniel hated his family. If it was possible, he would runoff in a faraway land where his mother could never reach him but unfortunately, the land of a mortal was the best he could do.

"Anyways, What were you talking about?" He repeated his question and Hana decided to dismiss it for obvious reasons but Jassabella babbled out before she could do so.

"Hana has a crush on the youngest Uchiha prince, she thinks his eyes are beautiful" Jassabella cooed as she teased Hana while Hana tried her best to hush Jassabella down.

For a brief moment, Daniel was completely silent as if he was in deep thought, carefully examining the situation. Hana hadn't expected him to take Jassabella's joke seriously so she instantly came into her defense.

"She is kidding Daniel, I just said he is beautiful because he was very beautiful" Hana tried to reason with them when Daniel spoke.

"It won't last, the moment Hana will get to know how snobby and arrogant his royal highness is, her crush will disappear in a blink" he sounded confident and Hana trusted his judgment, after all, Daniel was the crown prince of Vieana, a state under Carabian provinces and knew the Uchiha Prince in a personal level.

"You guys should shift to Palace so that my life will be bearable, I don't think I will survive even a day in that hell" he changed the topic immediately as he opened the bottle of whiskey for himself and wine for the girls.

"And how is that possible my lord, care to explain" Daniel frowned at Hana's choice of words to address him then putting down the bottle of whiskey on the floor he proposed.

"Marry me, you will be a princess then you can shift to Palace and as for Jassabella, her mom is a princess so she can get into the Palace easily" he smirked as he put forward his ridiculous idea which made both Hana and Jassabella scoff.

"Not even in your dream " Hana took the bottle of wine and began to chuck it down her throat.

"Oh Hana you have no idea what I have done with you in my dreams, If I would tell you now, You would be dripping wet" Daniel's statement made Hana choke on the wine while Jassabella stood up and began to throw kicks at him on Hana's behalf calling him names.

"Pervert, you dirty pig" Daniel was crackling seeing Jassabella 's reaction.

As always she would get more offended than Hana if people talked about anything unacceptable concerning Hana. If he didn't know them better, he would have concluded that they were lovers, not friends.

"I came here to provide both of you the warmth of my arms" Daniel spread his arms puckering his lips to kiss when Hana opened a cupcake from the snacks he had brought and stuffed it into his mouth.

"Behave yourself or next time I will be stuffing something else in your other hole" She warned him trying her best to appear tough.

Putting his arms down, Daniel peeped at her in a shy manner as he spoke "Hana is very kinky, I love it"

Getting fed up with his bold behavior, Jassabella began to chase him all over the apartment to punch him while Hana remained in her place chuckling at the scene before her.

Crown prince of Vieana under the rulers of Carabinan, Daniel was a naturally spoiled and overbearing prince. Hana first met Daniel on her first day in Daffodil when they were in grade five. Though their start was rough and because of his absurd attitude, Hana hated him with her guts but over a course of time, they had slowly managed to transition from nemesis to becoming true friends. 

Hana was the first person to intercept that Daniel was simply a troubled child running away from his family who had put him under enormous pressure so when Hana extended the care and affection he needed, Daniel amazingly turned into a reliable friend whom she could trust with her closed eyes.

"Guys let's drink, please? I want to celebrate not fight" her friends quickly postponed their fighting and accorded with her request.

"Thanks" Hana whispered, being grateful to have them prioritizing her.

Hana wondered what she had done in her previous life to deserve such wonderful and loving friends. Both Jassabella and Daniel were the only reason Hana could endure the world where only status and power mattered. There were times when Hana would be looked down upon and people would try to step upon her thinking she was a helpless Neander girl but Daniel and Jassabella would always defend her

They were pillars that stabilized each other's lives. Their friendship was something that could transcend the time itself. Something the three cherished more than their own life.

"I know you guys are super nervous but trust me we will have time of our life in Voclaunore" Daniel stated with confidence while the ladies agreed with him. Though they were nervous they were looking forward to the good things Voclaunore had to offer.

"We never doubted that" Hana mentioned with a wink.

"Cheers to our new start" Daniel raised a bottle of whiskey for a toss and they did the same with the bottle of wine celebrating the new beginning of their life.
