A/N: Long chapter for you people!!! (But that also means a lot of time proof reading 😒 er- its mostly proof read at least...)
No One POV:
After Tony got cleaned up, him, Peter, Bruce, and Ned all hung out in the lab for an unknown amount of hours. All of them talking and working on things simultaneously. Since all of them knew about Peter's little secret, that topic of conversation came up a few times. Ned and Bruce seemed to hit it off well, and mostly worked together. Ned's been working hard to not fanboy, and so far he's been doing a good job.
Peter and Tony were working everywhere in the lab. Creating a new web formula at one table, working on a new Stark Phone+ model at another. A little bit of everything. But while they were working on a new nanotech for Peter, - one that could be part of his backpack, or his web shooters, - the topic of Eddie came up.
"So uh, how'd your interview with... Eddie go?" Peter asked Tony, who looked up at him at the mention of the boy's adoptive father. He shrugged.
"Ok I guess." The billionaire responded and turned back to his work. But Peter was persistive, one of the things Tony liked about him. Or maybe it was the face that he reminded Tony about himself.
"Yeah ok, but what did you think of him?" Peter asked, and the inventor froze for a moment.
"He... really seems to care about you." The man finally said, and Peter sat back a bit and smiled. Tony turned to look at Peter.
"Did you know about his show? The-"
"-Eddie Brock Report, yeah." Peter said, cutting him off. "Talks about it non stop." He rolled his eyes, and looked over the new suit that was before them. It was almost complete, and they were both pleased with how it came out. The only thing left to do mainly, was tweak the eyes so they helped with Peter's enhanced senses, and finish the spider emblem. Tony was working on that at the moment.
Another little Author's Notes to read, about Peters suit. In this story the one he made from scratch was the homecoming one. Just without droney, and Karen's Instant Kill mode, and interrogation mode... And basically any other features like that that Tony added in. And he only has a few different web shooter modes. So other than that, it pretty much looks the same as the homecoming suit. (And the suit their building together now is the picture above.)
Around 10 to 15 minutes later, the suit was all finished up, and Ned and Bruce (I'm thinking of calling them the Science Bros instead of Tony and Bruce...) were coming over to see what we had been doing together.
Peter POV:
As they came over, I almost forgot that Dr. Banner knew about my secret. If I thought about it, only my friends and two of the most world-renowned scientists know about my secret. Kinda funny how the guy with the worst luck can have that happen to them.
"Hey Peter," Dr. Banner said as they came over. As soon as Ned saw the suit, he ran towards it.
"OH MY THOR! Peter this is so cool! You should try it on!" He exclaimed while touching the emblem. Suddenly there was a slight whirring sound then the freaking spider emblem flew off the suit. It hovered right next to me, and I had no idea what was going on. Then Mr- Tony asked Friday to return the 'Spider Drone" back to the suit, and it was then that I realized it was controlled by an AI. I could add Karen to the drone! I quickly pulled out a flash drive from my backpack that kept Karen's backup code on it. I started working to pair up the two, and didn't realize that everyone else was watching me, trying to figure out what I was doing.
