⚠️Trigger warning: Rape and sexual abuse ⚠️

The tethered you, the one that lived only as a reflection of you now, appeared in front of you. She always seemed to wear silver as emphasising that she was only a ghost of your golden splendour. She wore the white lace dress that fell around her like ripping water, in her hair where sliver shards and her dress glimmered with silver pieces that caught humbly in the light.  Her diamond crown was a small tiara that sat just as humbly on her head. Her eyes were like hot ice as they were the colour of a blood Ruby but deep within them was a blizzard.

Jungkook wearily distanced himself remembering how much she hated the Olympians and what they stood for. You could see it in her eyes as they levelled with his.

"Jungkook The god of the night, the King of the silence and bitter winters and the master of the psyche." She rattled off her voice low almost threatening.

"Listen...I mean you no harm." Jungkook tried.

As he said this anger flared in her eyes, she was sensible though she knew not the attack the arrogant young god where he stood. She was standing on the sacred ground and knew to respect it. Her devotion was to the universe even if her heart was filled with unbridled rage.

"I met someone like you who said that exact same words" her eyes wandered through the stars and planets before once again landing heavily on Jungkook...

"It did not end very well."

Jungkook stood his ground watching as the tethered you pace the expanse of the universe, each step was measured and calculated, although there was hatred for him and his brothers he saw the same wonder in her eyes as he saw in yours, she wasn't some mindless villain. Once upon a time, the Olympians had crossed her leaving her to lick her wounds many years later.

"Jungkook is correct, I died, we died." She started. "It was not an easy choice to make but it was the only thing I could do at the time. I died and when the time was right I would wait to be born again. This is all there's left of me from that time...My death will be complete soon but I am begging you Astra pleases remember and please for all that you love take back what's yours"

Jungkook got on his knee before the tethered soul, her cold eyes pooled with confusion at the gesture.

"May I ask why you hate us Olympians so much?"

The tethered smiled weakly, her eyes seemed so sad.

"I didn't hate them all...be careful of who you cast out."

That was all she said. She turned to you her smile melancholy, she was never going to say goodbye with her words, she placed her hands on your cheeks gently and kissed your forehead finally joining you as one. She would never appear to you again and you knew that. You couldn't help but feel a little lonely, you had inherited your fear of Olympians from her. Even now you would find yourself trembling around them, but she understood you better than anyone ever could. You could talk to her and she would give you the answers even if they were cryptic.

In the silence, your mind wandered back to the book you had found in the library. Particularly back to the Dionysus entry, he was a mystery, you were scared of Dionysus but not because he was an Olympian, he hardly felt like one; a cheerful rogue who had a protective streak for his son.

"Not much Information exists about Dionysus..." You trailed off suddenly careful not to bring up the book you found.

Jungkook tilted his head questioningly. He had noticed that you Dionysus had stood apart from the rest of them when he had come to visit. He didn't know what was said but he could assume it was meant to be just between the two of you. Jungkook himself didn't know what to feel for his father, he was a distant but affectionate figure, no one knew his motivations, no one could read what was going on behind his eyes he was an enigma, just like the oldest son. Yet you had decided to trust him, he didn't even know if he could trust his own father.
