The Book of Song chapter 1-

There is a voice, a cantor, who maintains and serves The Universe with a song. Her voice is the only constant, the only unchanging force. It maintains life and witnesses death. It was here as the first star was born and will remain even if the last star ever burns out.

She will always be here to be the light that walks side by side with darkness. She is the Goddess of Love and War; the guardian of the four winds and the Scythe of life, the rightful ruler of this universe and keeper of peace."

May she never become lost to us again.

———
Years had passed since the Goddess had reclaimed her throne. The material world carried on as if nothing had ever been disturbed—a blue jewel favoured by The Goddess. There was an office where seven gods worked, but now there was also a goddess who pulled strings quietly in the shadows as an unassuming manager's assistant.

Summers were sweeter, and winters were appreciated. The bitterness of it all had somehow become a distant memory. The world was the same, but it wasn't at the same time. The goddess did her best to serve her people; she listened, and she answered the prayers. The universe was now in balance. The Fates were happy as they could now carry out their divine task, to write and orchestrate stories, dreams, beginnings and ends whilst the physical world and the spiritual world were maintained by yours Truly.

Echos of that war still rang faintly in the breeze as if a warning to those who may try and steal a throne, that it did not belong to them. Those souls who were lost died for a cause, and some who were more romantic would have said they were martyred.

Ariadne sat under a tree next to one of her sons, Namjoon; his nose was in parchment again as he furiously made notes about nothing and everything. Two young girls that had just reached the height of Ariadne's knees frolicked in high grass, their squeals carried like leaves in the wind.

"Don't do that, Anastasia, or I am going to tell Mum!" Whined the first girl; tears were starting to form in the small girl's eyes.

The second young girl, named Sofia, pouted but did immediately stop the injustice against her sister. The third sister was sat next to Namjoon under a tree, peering curiously over her Uncle's arm to see what he was scribbling about. The youngest sister had always been more reserved and quiet.

"What's the matter Eirni?" Namjoon had asked, not looking up. "Wouldn't it be more fun to play with your sisters? She stared back with wide-eyed confusion, not understanding the appeal of rolling around in the grass. She was a spitting image of her mother, more so than the other two triplets.

These were triplets named after resurrection, wisdom and peace, respectively. Nyx watched the three girls, amused by their infighting. They had never gotten along even long before they were born**. Ariadne was just happy; not everyone who had died in that war had perished forever...Sofia ran straight into Ariadne, showing her a pretty flower she had picked and tilted her head at her aunt.

"Why do you always look at me like someone you know?" The young girl with pretty, long braids asked.

"Hmmm? Well, I do know you, Sofia. You're my niece." Ariadne laughed, pinching her warm-coloured cheeks.

"Yes, I know that, but—"

"That's enough from you, Sofia." You sighed, picking up one of your daughters; you had been alerted by her squeals. It was her bickering with her oldest sister, Anastasia, again. You had gone to see what the issue had been this time. It seemed everything was okay. It was only natural for them to bicker, but still you preferred if they didn't.

The Book of Old Chapter 1 verse 1 (formally known as the forbidden gospel)

There was a prophecy long since forgotten after the final war drum had gone silent. A prophecy that was, will and has been fulfilled.

It reads:

"It will be seven that will be your undoing, and it will be eight who will rise for the revolution."

The Seven Gods of Dionysus and the Queen wielding the scythe of life.
