Why having brothers suck (part III)

Jasmine's POV: The next day after school: Mam's car pulls up, I call shotgun and get into the front seat. Josh groans as he takes a seat next to JJ in the backseat.
"Josh, you can go in the front next time. Then JJ and then Jasmine and we'll have a routine" Mam explains. "So, no fighting" She begins to drive off to this special place Nana told us about.
"Mam, where we going then?" I ask.
"It's a surprise" She responds
"Can we talk just between ourselves?" I ask her and she nods, handing the boys their headphones.
"What's going on, princess?" Mam says as she resumes driving.
"Nana advised me to talk to both you and pa about this. And also, where is pa?" I say.
"He's at home but today it's just me, you and your brothers. Did you wanna talk to him and me or do you wanna just tell me and I'll tell him later?" She asks me.
"I'll tell you now, so basically I feel like pa treats me differently to JJ and Josh. There's a definite favourite with pa. It's easy to see." I explain and she nods.
"I know where you're coming from, baby. I have noticed this." She tells me. "I'll have a chat with him later when we get home" I nod and end up falling asleep.
