Hi, I'm Hailee Isabelle Niamh Oxlade-Chamberlain, the 9 year old daughter of Zayn Malik and Perrie Louise Oxlade-Chamberlain but my stepdad is Alexander David Mark Oxlade-Chamberlain. I have a half-brother who's 2 named Kasen Matthew Daniel Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Hailee's POV: I was really close with my dad up until he laid a hand upon my mam when I was 5, leaving her in so badly bruised that she was barely recognisable for a few weeks later. I've been so untrustworthy of my stepfather named Alex that I've only just accepted him as my new dad. But today after 4 years, I have to see my real dad for a court hearing for him to get custody over me.

Perrie's POV: Zayn wants full custody over my daughter but I'm not allowing it, I'm still flabbergasted how he got a court hearing in the first place with the way he treated me when we was dating. I'm not giving my little girl to this crazy psychopath.
"Mammy, please don't let him take me away from you and Alex!" My daughter wails, I pick her up and cradle her against my chest and soothe her.
"I'll never let him do that, I'll do everything and anything to prevent you having to experience that." I promise to her, watching Zayn and his lawyer walk past.

"She won't be yours for much longer, 3dwards." Zayn comments with a grimacing look upon his face. "She'll be all mine where she belongs."
"Not gonna happen, Zayn. You leave my wife and daughter the hell alone!" Alex defends me, wrapping his arm around my waist. "You're never having custody!"
"Your daughter, huh? You forgetting that she is my blood and not yours?" Zayn scoffs, sticking his hand in his pockets.
"She ain't my blood, wasn't born with my surname but if she was it would change absolutely  nothing and I've been a way better father figure than you have ever been!" Alex snaps, going at him but I hold him back.

In the court room: "Today we have Zayn Javaard Malik versus Alexander David Mark Oxlade-Chamberlain and Perrie Louise Oxlade-Chamberlain fighting over custody rights to Perrie and Zayn's biological daughter Hailee Isabelle Niamh Oxlade-Chamberlain formerly Malik." The judge reads off of a sheet. "Currently, Hailee is being taken care by Alex and Perrie, but Zayn would like to have custody."

"That little girl is my flesh and blood, she deserves to be living with her biological father not this man!" Zayn states, pointing directly at Alex. "He is in no physical fit to raise a child due to his busy schedule!". I just roll my eyes at his statement and cuddle Hailee into my chest more.

"I am Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the current parental figure towards Hailee. Despite she not having my blood or dna, she's my little girl by choice and so far have done way better as a father than Zayn was ever." My husband states, looking directly at Zayn. "You are in no way to be a parent as you violently once beat Perrie to a living pulp, giving her permanent scars both internally and externally. I vowed to myself that I'd never forgive the person whom did that to her and now here I am standing across the room from him." The entire room goes silent.
"Zayn Malik, please tell the absolute truth, is this true?" The judge announces, adverting his eyes to the man who looks like he just crapped his trousers.

"I have to admit that I have laid a hand on Perrie in the past and I've never forgiven myself, I would never in a million years lay a hand on Hailee." Zayn lies, nodding. "If I ever hurt my princess, I would never forgive myself for the rest of my existence".

A little while later: The judge has came to a decision and announced that we have full custody over Hailee permanently.
"Alex, because my real daddy is out the picture now, will you be my new daddy?" My daughter inquires my husband and he nods, eyes brimming of tears.
"Of course I will, princess. I promise to be the best daddy of all time and I'll never be like him" He replies, giving her a kiss on the cheek.
