Hi, I'm Jacqueline Ava-Jade Gray, the 14 year old daughter of Leigh-Anne and Andre Gray, I have a little sister named Peyton Leigh-Anne Gray who's 11 years old.

Jacqueline's POV: Daddy's been gone for 3 months now and we all miss him, tremendously. Mumma vowed to stay single forever and so far, she has stayed true to that promise.
"I really miss daddy, sissy." Peyton tells me, her voice cracking with emotion. "I want dada back!"
"Me too, Pey. I miss him so much!" I respond, shedding a few tears from my eyes.

Leigh-Anne's POV: Listening to my two girls reminise on Andre's passing shatters my heart and a few tears roll down my cheek. I want all of this to be a dream but it never will be, the love of my entire life is gone regardless what happens now. My mind flashes back to the last Christmas that Andre was alive:

4 years prior: The door shuts and in walks Andre carrying two bags, our two girls dropping their toys and sprinting into his arms.
"Dada!" They both yell, happily making my heart melt with joy.
"I missed my two beautiful princesses so much, daddy's here til February!" Andre tells our daughters making both of their faces to brighten up. Andre notices me and kisses my forehead, lovingly.
"There's my amazing lady, how are you this evening, darling?" He greets me, smirking. I shake my head laughing.

Present: Then, less than a month later, he was the victim of a brutal drive-by shooting in London. I sit, back pressed against the wall, tears becoming a new permanent feature of my face. A bottle of alcohol in one hand and sorrow in rhe other. Not only did the girls lose their father but they also lost their hero as quoted by Jacqueline.
"Why did those horrible men do that to dada?" Peyton asks her big sister making my heart just stop in it's tracks.
"I don't know, it was a life or death situation for him. The police weren't helping!" My elder daughter explains, making me smile ever so slightly. I can't imagine how Andre's passing has affected the girls.

"You have to stay strong for them, Leigh." Andre's recognizable voice echos throughout my head. I just sigh and wipe the tears, put the bottle down and head into the girls' room.
"Hey, my loves." I greet them, softly. They both snap their heads to face me, a heart-wrenching expression on their faces.
"We really miss daddy, mama." My elder daughter tells me, frowning.
"Daddy will always be watching over both of you, regardless of what happened. I bet that he misses both of you tremendously, I know I do." I reply, looking at both of them, sympathetically.

4 months earlier: We're just out shopping when two men come up to us.
"Ah, look what we have here! Andre Gray and the rest of his dumbass family." One of them say, waving in a creepy way towards my children.
"What do you want, huh?" My hubby pulls us three behind him, grabbing hold of my hand. "You don't disrespect my family."
"What you gonna do about it, I might just take your girl away and make her my bitch." He jokes, referencing me. "She is making me so horny with her perfect body." I pull a grimacing face, can this prick get anymore disgusting?
"Oi, that's my misus that you're speaking to! Show my wife some goddamn respect or do I need to knock it into you!?" Andre threatens him, lunging at him but I hold him back.

"Babe, calm down, the girls are watching." I whisper to Andre, he nods and looks back at the man.
"You leave me and my family the hell alone." Andre instructs the men, through his teeth.
"You are actually a pussy, listening to what your lass tells you and not being a real man." The man says, walking off.

"Don't worry about them, he won't do anything to you, especially when I'm around." Andre promises. "Let's head home, eh?"

Present: He never fulfilled that promise as that man is the one whom took him from us and standing in that courtroom broke my heart into billions of pieces.

3 months earlier, after Andre's death: We stand in the courtroom, staring down the man whom killed the girls's father.
"Miss Leigh-Anne Gray, please make your statement." The judge tells me. I step up to the podium and state. "As I stand here facing you, I don't see you as a man, I see you as a coward whom took my children's dad from them. You took my husband from me! I hope nothing more than for you to rot to death in that prison cell! I just know that he's standing there, laughing his ass off at you."

And then, Jacqueline has a chance to speak. "Why did you take my daddy from me and my sister? Why are you so mean!? I have to wake up everyday pretending that you didn't do that! You have ruined my life! Daddy would have beaten you simply but you had to go and shoot him! I hope you understand what you did!"

Even with him incarcerated, it isn't gonna bring Andre back, regardless.
