Daddy's Boy

Hi, I'm Cody Alexander Oxlade-Chamberlain, I'm 14 years old. I'm the son of Alex and Perrie Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Perrie's POV: Cody's always been a daddy's boy. He adores his dad so much. But this does mean sometimes he doesn't listen to me.
"Cody, can you go clean your bedroom, sweetheart?" I ask my son. He completely ignores me. Alex picks up on this.
"Son, listen to your mother and go clean your bedroom." Alex repeats but this time he listens.
My husband looks at me with confusion.
"Why does he listen to you and not me?" I question him and he just shrugs his shoulders.

Later that day: I'm walking into Cody's room when I see him playing on his phone.
"Codes, darling, have you got any homework?" I ask him nicely.
"Yes..." He groans
"Well, have you done it?" I ask him folding his clothes.
"No" He tells me.
"Well, can you go and do it please?" I ask him.
"Why...!?" He groans again
"Because your head of year called me and told me that you have a lot of incomplete work." I tell him.
"I'll do it tommorow" He tells me before rolling over.
"No, I'd like you to do it now. Then it's out of the way." I reply with a slightly raised voice.
"I said I'll do it tomorrow!" He snaps at me.
"Don't use that tone of voice with me, young man!" I shout at him. "Should I go and get your d-" He cuts me off.
"I'm using this tone of voice because it's the only way you'll fucking listen to me!" He yells aggressively.
"Quit it with the swearing and go do your homework!" I tell him sternly.
"NO, FUCK OFF!" He screams at me. I stand back shocked, disappointed and appalled as he stands up and begins to walk over to me. "Now, get the fuck out of my room!" I can hear Alex running up the stairs.
"Cody, are you serious?!" Alex asks  absolutely pissed off. "You don't use that language at your own mother! You apologise immediately otherwise you'll never see that bloody phone again!" Cody just stands there in silence.
"Once you were my favourite parent, dad but now you're just as horrible as mam." Cody tells us before walking out the room.
"Cody Alexander Oxlade-Chamberlain, come back here immediately" Alex yells but then we heard the front door slam shut and that's the last we heard from our 14 year old son for 3 years straight
