Tamed

"Take care Amber!" I looked back  when I heard dad yelling from the driver's seat of his car.

"You too dad!" I smiled and waved a hand.

Gaya nga ng sinabi niya, hindi na siya muli pang bumalik sa Canada para magtrabaho.

Madalas kong gamitin ang kotse ko papasok ng university, pero minsan ay inihahatid ako ni daddy, gaya na lamang ngayon.

I checked my wrist watch and it was only 10 minutes before my first class starts so I decided to walk straight to my class.

As soon as my foot step on the hallways of the college department, I immediately saw a Roman god leaning on the white walls of the building.

That's what he usually do everytime he cannot pick me up at house; he will wait for me on that spot and walk me to my class. Kulang na lang ay paskilan ko ng 'Gray's waiting area' ang pader sa likod niya.

I always tell him he does not need to do that but as expected, the boy doesn't listens.

Malapit na ako sa kanya nang makita ko ang paghinto ng dalawang babae sa harap nito. They greeted him to grab his attention and I think they did a good job since Gray look up to see who it was.

But as soon as he saw them, his stares move back to his phone. He didn't even give the girls a single response or reaction. I smirked. Good boy.

Seconds later, I heard my phone ringing.

Mukhang narinig rin niya iyon dahil tumaas ang tingin niya at tumingin sa direksyon ko.

I almost want to pinch him on the cheeks when he casted a small yet charming smile and to be that handsome early in the morning is purely illegal. How can he manage to look that good without even efforting?

He pushed himself from the wall and approached me.

"Good morning." Now his smile turned brighter. My cheeks turned crimson when the girls who greeted him just a while passed us. Nakatingin sila kay Gray na para bang hindi makapaniwalang naka-ngiti ang lalaki ngayon.

"Amber. Are you okay? You're flushing." Gray asked. He even put a palm on my forehead.

The girls' eyes widened with Gray's actions. Hinintay ko silang umalis pero mukha wala silang planong lubayan kami kaya hinala ko na si Gray palayo roon.

Nang medyo makalayo ay binitawan ko rin ang kamay nito.

"So? Why were you flushing earlier? Do you feel sick?" He ask while walking me to my class.

I shook my head no and smiled. "No, I'm good."

He nodded. "But you still did not greet me back."

I almost gasped when he pouted. What is he? A kid?

I chuckled.

He's such an adorable piece of a hot guy. Talagang hindi niya kinalimutang hindi ko siya binati pabalik.

"Good morning, babe." I winked at him.

He giggled and students' eyes turned towards him again. I'm sure they did not expect that this man can really make such a reaction.

"But seriously, you don't need to wait for me in the hallway every morning." Ipinagpatuloy namin ang paglalakad.

His arms draped over my shoulder and pulled me closer to him. His favorite cologne which has been becoming familiar to my senses immediately wafted my nostrils.
