Chapter 22

Mina POV

Its been a week Chaeyoung avoid me. And its make me frustrated. I know what I did last time horrible as Jihyo also didn't stop nagging me about that. But, can she see that I'm felt bad for doing her like that. Its really frustrated as I now being so clingy and I need to see her at least one in a day. Luckily, Chaeyoung still provide a lunch for me but every time she did, she didn't look or talk to me. She rather give the food to Jihyo rather than come to see me and give it directly to me. As I said, Jihyo also still give me a cold treatment and still nagging on me. She also warning me about Chaeyoung rebuttal.

Clearly, Chaeyoung behaviour affecting my work and clearly states she pissed with me. I have been barking at everyone works. This is really affecting me in so many levels. And its ridiculous. I don't know how many times I sighing as I search my drawer for my candy that Chaeyoung give it to me back few week ago to ease my craving.

"Are you okay?" Jihyo asked.

"God! Can you knocking the door first? You scared me." I said raise a bit my voice.

She just raise her hand surrender and mumbles sorry.

"I'm sorry too. Hmm. I'm having a bad morning today. And now, my tomatoes and strawberries candy already finish. I don't have any of it and even worst this little one craving it now." I said frustrated.

Damn this craving. This appetite and craving of tomato and strawberries really make me crazy and scares me. I just hoping and pray that my baby didn't come out red as tomato and strawberries.

"Hmm. That's no problem. I just have to tell Chaeyoung about that. Because she the only one know where's to get the supplies from you crazy craving as its hard to get yours." Jihyo said pulling her phone.

"Hello Chaeyoung."

"No no. Everything fine. Just Mina candy already finish. I would love to get it for her but only you know how to get the full supplies for her craving."

"Okay then. Thank you." Jihyo end the called.

She just stay silent looking at her phone ignore me waiting for her to speak.

"So?" I asked annoyed.

"Woah, relax Minari. Chaeyoung said it will be late because the shop she buying all the thing is outside from this area. So, it will take an hour to go there. So, she maybe not back even lunch hour." Jihyo said.

"Oh. If that was burden for her, said to her its okay. I don't want to burden her." I said.

"That's too late. Because she already text told she already put you lunch on my table and already go to get you candy and so on." She said went out and come back with a lunch box.

"Why don't she come here and give it to me directly and personally?" I said sigh.

"Hmm, maybe if you treat her nicely and more better she will do that. You wouldn't in this situations now." Jihyo replied with rolled eyes and prepare the food for me.

She was right. Chaeyoung have done everything for me and yet I treat her like a trash. I know I'm wrong. But, what can I do. She didn't come see and talk to me. I eat the lunch that Chaeyoung prepare for me. She always know how to satisfied my craving.

"Hmm. Do you want some?" I asked Jihyo.

"Ergh, I don't think I want to taste that. Its look nasty. I'm sorry. I know Chaeyoung is the best cook. But, not that tomato sauce that you been eat everyday. I don't know and never saw someone who could eat this everyday. I don't know how could you eat that everyday." Jihyo said making disgusting face.

"Well, the baby inside my tummy that wanted to eat this. I can't do anything. This kid of ours seem to be in love with this tomatoes and strawberries or somethings. Trust me, when I give a birth, I will leave and stay away from tomatoes and strawberries for a long time." I said raise my voice a bit. Then pouting.

"Damn. Being pregnant make you look even more scary. No wonder people scared to be near you. Relax. I know. That hormone really make you like this. I hope Chaeyoung won't stay away from you for a long time. If not you will be lonely with a tomatoes enthusiastic kid." She said chuckling making me frown.

Again, she's right. Been pregnant with this unstable hormone make me quickly burst a rage and no wonder my employee scared of me. But, whatever.

"Hey, I'm just joking. Chaeyoung would never leave you. She's too dedicated to this kid to even thinking leaving you." She said squeezing my shoulder.

"I hope not. I really want I and Chaeyoung to be okay. What should I do?" I asked.

"I think you should start by apologise to her for what you said before. Maybe talk how you will tackle this being situation married." She said.

"But, how can I even apologise to her when she been avoiding me." I said frustrated.

"Minari. You need to calm down. Its not good for your baby if you been stress like this. Hmm, how about you eat this lunch first as I know you been hungry and little one also hungry. Then, we will talk about this. Okay?" Jihyo said softly to me.

I just nodded and eat my lunch peaceful and love the taste that only Chaeyoung know how to satisfied it. I continue my work after eaten all the lunch Chaeyoung prepare for me and I can't help wonder how its feel to go home everyday to her cooking. Its really delicious and different from food I had eat. Its feel home. After two hours, focusing signing and reading the proposal and doing my work Jihyo come in with huge bag on her hand.

"What's that?" I asked confused as she put it on my table.

"Well this is your Mrs.Son answer for your creepy craving. A huge bag full of your tomatoes and strawberries candy that you can't ever imagine and other thing." She said smiling and huff due to bag's heaviness.

I open the bag and mesmerised by all the candies, juices and fresh tomatoes and strawberries inside. But my full attention was at not to small or not to big yet cute tomatoes plushies. I immediately get it and hug it. Jihyo just chuckle looking at me.

"That's cute." She said.

"Its cute and amazing. I think I need to talk to Chaeyoung. I want to talk to her Jihyo." I said determination.

"Okay. I will call her up." She said pulling her phone.

"No. I will go to her. This is the least I can do for all her trouble. I want to apologise to her with all my bitchy behaviour." I said standing.

"I will come with you." Jihyo said.

"No. I have to do this alone Jihyo." I said fixing myself.

"Well I'm not involving you talk. I will go to Yeji's office." She said smiling.

I excuse myself for a bit. Walking inside I lightly fixing my make up and straighten my dress. I look at the mirror and I think I'm good enough. I was walking out but I feel something in my leg. I reaching for it and couldn't help but be pale.

"Jihyo!!!" I scream her name. She come in quickly and look frightened at my hand. Then, my vision become dark.
