Chapter 49

Mina POV

I try reach to my side looking for someone who supposed to be sleeping beside me but I didn't feel anyone. I slowly opened my eyes and look my side. Yes, she wasn't here. I was alone and I can't see Chaeyoung who should be sleeping next to me. I look at the couch but she's not there also. I sigh. I slowly stood up to looking for her but I spotted a lump at the foot of the bed. I approach it and low and behold Chaeyoung sleeping on the floor all bundled up. I go went to the couch and sit there stared longingly at Chaeyoung who seem love and comfortable sleeping on the floor rather be sleeping beside me. I thought by she staying back here thing will go back to it used to be but it seems going be hard than I thought.

It hurt me last night how she didn't want me to serving her food. I know I'm not so lovely and rarely doing that but I just want her to feel welcome. I just keep staring at her for couple of minute before decide to fix myself for the day. I went out from our room but not before kiss her cheek. I just can do this while she sleeping. If not, she won't let me get near her and its hurt me so much. I started walking to the kitchen for an early coffee. I need to wake my mind up. There was Jihyo who cooking something on the stove.

"You're up early?" I asked while sitting on the bar.

"Arghh!!!! God! Mina! Don't do that! I almost drop this pan with eggs sizzling." She shouted at me.

"Sorry. So, now you know how I feel every time you sneak me up." I said laughing at her face making her throw a mean look on me and continued cooking.

"I'm up early today because I want to cook something to welcome Chaeyoung and Haneul. Well, since I wasn't here yesterday." She said facing the stove.

"Oh yeah. You're weren't here. Where were you by the way?" I asked her with teasing tone. I know she went out with Jeongyeon because I saw Jeongyeon car yesterday pick up her. I had been observe this past day they become more closer and sweet.

"You know, here and there." She replied but her face looking red. I just chuckle seeing her like this.

"Hmm, whatever you say. Okay then." I said not forcing her to tell.

"And you, why you wake up an hour and half early than your usual time?" She asked turning her body looking at me.

"I thought Chaeyoung was beside me." I said with sigh looking at me mug.

"What do you mean? She didn't sleep at your room?" She asked worried.

She did sleep at our room. But not by my side." I again sigh. Jihyo look at me confused.

"She sleep on the floor." I explained rub my temple.

"Oh." That's all she can said.

"Well, we can blame her. It good enough she agree to move in here back. I was surprised actually. But you two have kids, so that's one reason to stay but the thing between you two I don't really sure if she thinking about reconciliation." She said returning to cook.

"I want her back to me." I said looking straight to her eyes as she turn back to me.

"Minari, just give her some time. How about you think about to woo her back?" She said wiggling her eye brow.

"And tell me how you woo a woman? Come one. You're the gay ones here." I said looking at her as I lean my head to my right hand.

"Let me think." She said and put her hand on her chin like she was thinking.

"You could cook for her." She give an idea.

"You and I know that I terrible and I can't cook shit even I tried." I said laughing at her idea.
